Cured Foundation

CURED is a not for profit foundation dedicated to those suffering from Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases (EGID), including eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), eosinophilic gastritis (EG), eosinophilic colitis (EC) and other eosinophilic disorders. CURED is committed to raising substantial funding to aid in research, advocating on behalf of EGID patients and their families, and working to educate and increase awareness about this complex group of diseases. It is our heartfelt belief that CURED can make a difference for the individuals and their families who are touched by these diseases.

EB Research Partnership

We are the largest nonprofit dedicated to funding research aimed at treating and ultimately curing EB, a group of devastating and life-threatening genetic skin disorders that affect children from birth. Leading researchers say treatments and a cure for EB are within reach—for Shane, Ryan, Jackson, Michael, Jennifer and every other person suffering from this horrific condition. Though we have made significant progress, we need much greater resources in our pursuit of a cure.

By educating the global community about this autoimmune disease, as well as providing resources and supporting those living with Type 1 diabetes, Beyond Type 1 is bridging the gap from diagnosis to cure, empowering people to live well today and funding a better tomorrow.

World Of Broken Hearts

World Of Broken Hearts focuses on congenital heart defect and organ donation awareness by showcasing their journey through photographs and storytelling. Here at World of Broken Hearts, we give the gift of high-quality photographs and family portraits so the families can cherish for a lifetime.Our mission is to be able to raise much-needed CHD and organ donation awareness that can lead to much-needed CHD funding. We want to be able to travel all over children's hospitals in the U.S. and tell all these profound stories.

ChildServe Foundation

ChildServe is a not-for-profit organization that partners with families to help children with special health care needs live a great life. Originally founded in 1928 as a convalescent home for children, today ChildServe provides specialized pediatric health care services to more than 2,000 children in Iowa. Through the support of private insurance, public funds, and the philanthropic efforts of the ChildServe Foundation, ChildServe offers accessible, family-centered care unique to each child’s needs, hopes, and dreams. Cure Tay Sachs Foundation

THE CURE TAY-SACHS FOUNDATION HAS BEEN CREATED TO FUND THE RESEARCH INITIATIVES THAT SHOW PROMISE TO TREAT AND ULTIMATELY CURE TAY-SACHS DISEASE (TSD). TSD IS HEREDITARY DISEASE PASSED ON WHEN TWO CARRIER PARENTS BOTH PASS THE TAY-SACHS GENE TO THEIR CHILD. TAY-SACHS HAS THREE FORMS - THE CLASSIC OR INFANTILE FORM, THE JUVENILE ONSET FORM AND THE LATE ON-SET FORM KNOWN AS LOTS. CHILDREN INFECTED WITH THE INFANTILE OR JUVENILE FORM CURRENTLY HAVE A 100% MORTAILITY RATE - NO CHILD HAS EVER SURVIVED THIS DISEASE. WE AIM TO CHANGE THAT

HUNTSVILLE HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Foundation is a fundraising organization dedicated to improving health care services for the residents of Muskoka and East Parry Sound. The Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Foundation was established as a registered charity in 1984 to receive, maintain and distribute funds raised by personal donations, grants, capital projects and special event fundraising, and special programs not covered by government grants. Although the Foundation does not contribute to operating costs, its mandate is to provide ongoing capital and education resources for Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare - Huntsville District Memorial Hospital.

International Eye Foundation

International Eye Foundation is dedicated to helping people see! Since 1961 IEF has taken up the challenge in poor countries around the world, helping to restore sight and prevent blindness. IEF offers strong new strategic directions that focus on making eye clinics financially self sufficient. IEFs achievements include developing eye health services, training ophthalmologists and para-medicals, and fighting vitamin A deficiency, trachoma and river blindness. IEF is now strengthening the management, quality of service, and income generating activities so that eye clinics are less dependent on outside donors and government funds.

Alzheimer's San Diego

Alzheimer’s can feel like an impossible disease. But at Alzheimer’s San Diego, we know that people can still live well after a diagnosis. We recognize the dignity of every person living with dementia and empower them to play an active role in planning their own future care. We see the heartache this disease inflicts on families, and we’re here to give them the support and knowledge they need to become strong care partners – and to find joy in even the darkest moments. And we’re working to make Alzheimer’s a disease of the past, by connecting people to clinical trials and funding research for a cure.

PARKINSON CANADA

Parkinson Society Canada is a not for profit, national charitable organization. The Society raises money through corporate sponsorships,public donations, and planned gifts. Finding the cause and cure for Parkinson's disease remains our chief mission. However, while we wait for answers, we must not forget the patients and caregivers. New publications, increased patient conferences, clinical assistance programs, as well as other projects also require your support and funding. While we have come a long way towards raising Parkinson's disease in the consciousness of Canadians, we have more to do.

Community Hospice Foundation

The Community Hospice is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing high quality end-of-life care to residents of eight counties covering over 4,000 square miles in Upstate New York State. Some of the most vulnerable people in our community are those who are struggling with advanced illness, facing the end of life, and recovering from the loss of a loved one. The Community Hospice is committed to serving these people. While insurance reimbursements cover most costs, they do not fund the programs and services that reach out to care for Hospice patients and families in a comprehensive way. No one is turned away due to financial need. That is where your active support comes in. You can join the caregiving team by considering a donation to The Community Hospice. Contributions provide funds for community bereavement services, community awareness, educational programs, and special services so that Hospice care is readily available, fully understood, and appropriately utilized by those in need.
