The VNA provides compassionate, innovative care of the highest quality, setting the standard for patients and caregivers needing home health, hospice and community health services, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. The VNA works to provide innovative access to care for the community through home health, hospice and community health & education programs. The VNA's wellness programs encompass the community education and outreach aspect of our mission, promoting health throughout the counties we serve.

Mission: Through our kinship with JCDS, we provide basic needs, affordable housing, and life enhancing opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  At its heart, Friends of JCDS, Inc. is about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve success in the community, whether it’s providing accessible and affordable housing or helping with basic needs. For the last 21 years we have been purchasing and remodeling homes to make them accessible; removing barriers for wheelchairs, installing ramps, widening doorways and hallways and ensuring that the houses remain affordable for individuals to rent. Individuals served receive their residential services from Johnson County Developmental Supports.Through our partnership with the county agency, individuals have the security knowing that that their rent will remain well below market rates and within affordable housing guidelines all the while receiving solid services from Johnson County Developmental Supports to ensure successful community living. Along with our affordable housing program, we also offer a special assistance program that provides additional assistance with basic needs. Individuals that are served by JCDS can apply for financial aid to pay for dental bills, clothing, food, utilities or other essentials. The fund also offers assistance with quality of life issues such as gym memberships, therapies or activities. We often help with obtaining donations for tickets to local sporting activities and community activities, as well as hosting an annual picnic and Halloween Boo Bash.We are a private non-profit organization.

The mission of the Alabama Sheriffs Youth Ranches, Inc., is to operate and maintain Christian homes that provide residential care for young people in crises statewide without regard to race, creed, color or sex.

National Kidney Foundation of Arizona is committed to the prevention of kidney disease through awareness, education and research and to improve the quality of life for Arizonans with kidney disease.

Our Mission at Snowline is serving our community by supporting patients near end-of-life and guiding loved ones through grief. Snowline, established in 1979, is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to to serving our community by enhancing the lives of those with chronic, serious illness, and patients nearing end-of-life. The care provided to patients and families is carried out by a Snowline Interdisciplinary team of professionals that includes physicians, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, medical social workers, spiritual care providers, hospice aides and volunteers. The majority of Snowline's dedicated staff has earned the distinction of "Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care," an advance level of education.

Promoting Clean Air and Healthy Lungs through Research, Education, Advocacy and Technology.

Hospice of San Luis Obispo County (Hospice SLO County), a local, 501(c) 3 non-profit, volunteer, non-medical hospice, has been providing county-wide in-home respite care, emotional support, practical assistance, and comfort to individuals who are experiencing the impact of a life-limiting illness for over 40 years. The organization also offers grief-counseling services, including individual, family and group counseling, to anyone grieving the death of a loved one. All Hospice SLO County services are provided at no charge and are supported through direct donations and fundraising events.

The mission of the Spina Bifida Association of Arizona is to promote awareness of Spina Bifida and enhance the lives of those affected.
