The mission of St. Louis Children's Hospital is to do what's right for kids. We do this by providing safe care, effective care and outstanding service to our patients in a family-centered care environment. We also accomplish our mission through extensive, free community outreach services in injury prevention, information services, health screenings and follow up, asthma care, dental care, a violence prevention program and more. St. Louis Children's Hospital (SLCH) is also a world-class center of pediatric research.

  A Cure is Coming was formed to raise awareness of the therapeutic needs of individuals with spinal cord injuries, create philanthropic support for the development of a state-of-the-art, specialized restorative therapy center in the seattle area and aid in the ongoing administration and operation ofthe therapy center and to establish basic foundation funding for other charitable, scientific and educational purposes related to spinal cord injury.  

The National Gaucher Foundation (NGF) was established in 1984 as a non-profit, tax exempt organization dedicated to supporting and promoting research towards the cause, treatments and a cure for Gaucher Disease. Our mission has expanded to promote education and awareness, fund financial programs vital to the Gaucher community and to meet the ever-increasing needs of individuals with Gaucher disease and their families.

Damascus Ministries & Dr Lynn and the Orphans is dedicated to sharing life giving water with the orphans in Africa. The heart of the ministry is a fierce desire to bring joy to the innocent children who can't change their circumstances by funding water wells in villages across the continent. Fresh water brings life to all who partake in the health of pure water! Founded in 2006

We are starting a research department at Monroe Carell Jr Childrens Hospital at Vanderbilt for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.  We are raising money to fund research for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. We have 2 sons that were diagnosed in 2009 with this horrible disease.  We are searching for a cure for this disease which is 100% fatal by early 20's and crippling by age 12.

AFEDJ is an independent, non-political organization whichworks with the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem and its teaching and healing institutions. The American Friends of the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem raises funds to support hospitals, schools and institutes for the physically and mentally disabled in Jordan, Palestine, Israel and Lebanon.We provide financial support to hospitals and schools that serve persons of all religious, economic and ethnic backgrounds.

The mission of the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Foundation is to promote the benevolent and humanitarian work of Lower Cape Fear LifeCare and to sustain it through annual charitable gifts, events and a perpetual endowment.  As the official fundraising and donor stewardship arm of Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, the Foundation ensures that donated funds are disbursed according to each donor's wishes.

We C.A.R.E.™ ... Compassion for families, increasing Awareness, influencing & funding Research, and promoting Education for metachromatic leukodystrophy, a very rare terminal genetic neuro-metabolic disease where over half the cases affect infants. We are very active in Rare Disease policy, newborn screening for MLD, and access & reimbursement for MLD & other rare diseases.

The Association of Black Women Physicians is an organized network of Black women physicians committed to the improvement of public health and welfare, through the advancement of knowledge concerning women and the community health. We serve as a philanthropic source of funds to individuals and projects related to the health concerns of the Black community. We endeavor to enhance the personal and professional quality of life of present and future Black women physicians.

The Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF) was founded in 1993 by Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D., with the belief that memory loss is not a normal part of aging, and that your lifestyle can help maintain optimal brain function. The ARPF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing Alzheimer's disease by funding integrative medicine research and providing educational outreach and memory screenings.

The Endometriosis Foundation of America strives to increase disease recognition, provide advocacy, facilitate expert surgical training, and fund landmark endometriosis research. Engaged in a robust campaign to inform both the medical community and the public, the EFA places particular emphasis on the critical importance of early diagnosis and effective intervention while simultaneously providing education to the next generation of medical professionals and their patients.

Our mission is to take swift and decisive action to protect and restore marine species and their habitats and to inspire people in communities all over the world to join us as active and vocal marine species advocates. The Sea Turtle Restoration Project (STRP), founded in 1989, TIRN's oldest and largest project, works to protect and restore endangered sea turtle populations worldwide in ways that meet the needs of the turtles and the needs of neighboring local communities using grassroots action, multimedia campaigns, hands-on conservation, environmental education, and litigation. STRP's sponsoring nonprofit is Turtle Island Restoration Network or TIRN.
