We are committed to providing exceptional professional health care, expert resources and compassionate support to individuals and their families experiencing the transitions of aging, learning to live with a chronic illness or facing the end of life

The Peach Corps is dedicated to supporting and advocating for individuals with PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and the chronic health conditions associated with these illnesses. Our goal is to empower them on their journey toward optimal well-being.

Connecting to Cure Crohn's and Colitis unites the IBD community to promote public awareness about Crohn's and colitis, to fund research for new treatments and cures, and to support patients and their families living with these chronic illnesses.

HELP TO MEET ON A DAILY BASIS ALL OF THE NEEDS OF OUR TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AT NO COST TO THE PATIENT. THESE NEEDS INCLUDE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL & SPIRITUAL. SERVED 77 PATIENTS THIS YEAR.

TO SUPPORT HYDER FAMILY HOSPICE HOUSE'S VALUABLE CARE FOR THOSE WITH LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESSES AND ASSIST THEM IN REMAINING A VIABLE, OUTSTANDING FACILITY THAT PROVIDES IN-PATIENT HOSPICE SERVICES AND SUPPORT AND CARE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY.

MCTD Foundation is a Non-Profit (501c3) Organization dedicated to promoting education and providing resources to the MCTD community. OUR MISSION: RARE (Resources Advocacy Research Education) -RESOURCES: Providing outreach, guidance, and support to those affected by MCTD and related illnesses. -ADVOCACY: Raising awareness and giving voice to those with MCTD, related, and other chronic illnesses. -RESEARCH: Supporting further investigation into MCTD and appropriate treatments. -EDUCATION: Providing healthcare practitioners, caregivers, family members, friends, and patients with information about MCTD.

Hemophilia Federation of America is a national nonprofit organization that assists and advocates for the bleeding disorders community.

The Painted Turtle’s mission is to provide a year-round, life-changing environment and authentic camp experience for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. The Painted Turtle supports children’s medical needs, inspires them to reach beyond their illnesses, and provides care, education and respite for their families. All campers and families attend free of charge. Of the more than one million children in California with chronic and life-threatening illnesses, our needs assessment revealed more than 17,500 are unable to attend summer camp due to their medical conditions. That is, until we came along! The Painted Turtle provides these children and their families with an empowering, renewing experience completely free of charge. The Painted Turtle offers year-round programs including: Spring and Fall Family Weekends for the entire family, one-day family events, week-long Summer Sessions, and hospital/community outreach programs.  

St. Aloysius helps the children and families in our community overcome their challenges by providing the education, counseling, mental health care, and resources they need to heal and grow.
