Crystal Coast Hospice House exists to provide an inpatient Hospice Home to our service region (Carteret, Craven, Onslow, Jones, and Pamlico Counties) and ensure exceptional care management and perpetual funding for facilities, services, programs and future expansion.

Created by caregivers for caregivers, the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center provides free personalized services to the 10,000 families, individuals, and caregivers on Cape Cod currently living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases. Free services include outreach, supportive family and individual counseling, care consultation, connection to other available service organizations, education, support groups, community events and activities, and a dementia-trained Volunteer Corps. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities and challenges they face across the span of these diseases, within a research-based, service driven social model.

Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life for all people of the greater Pajaro Valley, especially the most disenfranchised. We do this by working “upstream” (before health problems occur or worsen) to help prevent future disease through education and disease prevention, as well as “downstream” (where problems require immediate intervention or treatment) to meet the most acute need for access to quality, culturally responsive services. In all our work, we collaborate with community members and agencies and rely on data to guide our decisions. To provide free reconstructive surgery and dental treatment to children with cleft lip and palate anomalies in underserved areas of the world. 2. To establish comprehensive cleft treatment centers in collaboration with local professionals and inspire them to support free interdisciplinary treatment programs. 3. To foster an awareness of the necessity to provide timely comprehensive care for all cleft lip and palate anomalies. 4. To develop and implement programs to identify causes and support preventive measures to reduce the incidence of cleft lip and palate. 5. To create international understanding and goodwill by building bridges of friendship among all people.
