The Association of Black Women Physicians is an organized network of Black women physicians committed to the improvement of public health and welfare, through the advancement of knowledge concerning women and the community health. We serve as a philanthropic source of funds to individuals and projects related to the health concerns of the Black community. We endeavor to enhance the personal and professional quality of life of present and future Black women physicians.

Established in 1987, Global Health Ministries (GHM) continues the healing ministry of Jesus by enhancing health care programs of Lutheran churches in other countries. We pursue this mission by providing financial support for health care programs, receiving and shipping donated medical supplies and equipment, recruiting health care personnel for short term training projects, and collaborating with overseas partners in health care program development.

Our mission at Green World Health Network is to improve health and at the same time create a more sustainable planet. We believe that our future as a people and planet depends on identifying and strengthening the connections between health, quality of life, and the environment. We work towards this goal by implementing innovative projects which utilize green technologies and practices to improve health and quality of life in under-resourced communities in the US and throughout the world.

Ekam USA Inc Mission Statement To develop a high quality, comprehensive, continuous healthcare model that will ensure the care of every neonate, infant, child, adolescent and mother in a respectful, caring and family-centered environment, regardless of their financial situations by supporting and improving the public health care system. To support and improve health care for children in financial need. To remove financial constraints on parents of needy children. To develop a healthy world population by improving awareness through education and preventive program, as well as providing support for children’s health care. To develop a sense of service in the community by local service projects.

The mission of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) is to cultivate a healthy & stigma-free society through transformative action. In 1997, three AIDS service organizations in Tucson (Tucson AIDS Project, PACT for Life, and Shanti Foundation) merged to form SAAF. In 2014, SAAF took over several initiatives from Wingspan, formerly Southern Arizona's LGBTQ community center. In 2015, SAAF celebrated 30 years of providing services and continues to be the only community-based organization in southern Arizona providing case management and ancillary support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families; culturally appropriate prevention and education programs to reduce the rate of infection; & LGBTQ community outreach & engagement.

Founded in 1996, this community based organization provides health care services through its legacy namesake, The James A. Watson Wellness Center. The non-profit charity foundation, Preventive Care Pathways, also provides educational outreach to underserved and/or marginalized communities throughout the Bay Area. Our goal is to decrease the disparities in health care services, education and mortality outcomes among those most marginalized or underserved through culturally sensitive care and education. We seek to start at the beginning, with the Youth of our community and "Keep Youth Alive" and firmly believe that "Art Saves Lives". The primary function of Preventive Care Pathways in serving the community is to bring together the resources that are most beneficial to our youth followed by incorporating Youth and their needs within the community of Adults in business and medicine, and especially in science, technology, reading, engineering, arts and mathematics or, in short, "S.T.R.E.A.M." "Remember, your health is your wealth and if you knew better you would do better! (c)". So we move to bring all of the educational instruments to our Youth and those who are there to support them, starting with our Youth in Arts Project. Please give generously and give frequently. The World Health Foundation for Development and Peace, founded by Dr. Warter, is a non-profit, educational organization whose mission is to disseminate ideas and programs that generate greater health, well being and a higher standard of living across the world. This work is accomplished by empowering individuals and groups to create projects in their home regions that are in alignment with their own vision for their communities. A better quality of life, holistic health, ecological education and public policy grounded in an altruistic perspective for public service are its objectives.

Brain tumors are now the leading cause of cancer deaths of children and young adults. The emotional and financial devastation it causes to families is unacceptable. The cure will eventually be found. We intend to speed up the process by speeding up the exchange of information - networking with the researchers, patient groups and other nonprofits; raising money for research; advocating for change;  hosting conferences and running research projects.   Until that happens, we will help support families dealing with brain tumors by educating them on the choices they have to make, help find options for them, and even help them get access to the treatments they need with both our advocacy program and our copayment assistance program
