Maji Safi Group’s mission is to promote health and disease prevention in underserved and impoverished areas through holistic community empowerment and by working predominantly with local women and youth. MSG was founded in 2013 with the goal of preventing waterborne diseases through WASH education by putting local community members at the center of driving changes in public health. Our mission revolves around a model of participatory development that involves community members in all aspects of our work.

The Indiana Recovery Alliance operates under the philosophy of harm reduction to educate the community about health risks and to promote the health and dignity of the individuals and communities impacted by drug use. We respectfully collaborate with people to assist in any positive change, as a person defines it for themselves, beginning where the person is at with no biases or condemnations for the person's chosen lifestyle. Our efforts advance policies, practices and programs that address the adverse effects of drug use including overdose, HIV, hepatitis C, addiction and incarceration.

Since 2017, MedGlobal has worked to build the capacity of healthcare systems within countries affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, a lack of resources, and climate change. We have worked with national healthcare systems and individual hospitals and health facilities to design training and education for their healthcare workers, to improve physical infrastructure, policies, and protocols, and to provide the medications, medical supplies, equipment, and technology that they need to treat their patients. The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide prescription eyeglasses and to help arrange vision and eye health care appointments with community eye care professionals for individuals who are otherwise unable to obtain assistance through private insurance, welfare, or other social services agencies.
