Founded in 1991, Healthy Child Healthy World (formerly the Children's Health Environmental Coalition) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of children from harmful environmental exposures. We educate parents and caregivers, support protective policies, and engage households and communities by providing access to critical information that encourages smarter lifestyle choices to reduce toxic chemicals exposure. Our programs and initiatives are centered around expanding awareness of environmental hazards to children's health; helping the public learn about healthier practices, solutions, and products in the marketplace; creating standards and policies for safer products, foods, materials, and chemicals used in the home; and advocating for and supporting corporate policies and governmental legislation that protect children from environmental risks. Our vision is a world where every child has the opportunity to grow up in a healthy and safe environment.

To collect unused medical supplies from local medical facilities and distribute them to countries in need, effectively limiting the negative impact on our environment and supporting health care efforts in developing countries; to send local medical personnel on medical missions to developing countries; to educate our local community about global health issues.

The Tivoli Fund supports organizations with a focus on improving lives. This fund will split donations evenly between No Dogs Left Behind, One Mission, World Central Kitchen, GLAD, and One Tree Planted. No Dogs Left Behind is a leader in global animal rescue. Through international alliances and local resources, we engage in every step of rescue. From emergency response to dog adoption, No Dogs Left Behind stands by our survivors every step of the way. One Mission programs make living in the hospital less lonely and stressful, bring back joy in a time of fear and uncertainty, and give kids and their loved ones the support they need to get through the emotional and financial challenges of treatment. World Central Kitchen uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies through times of crisis and beyond. Through strategic litigation, public policy advocacy, and education, GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) works in New England and nationally to create a just society free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression, HIV status, and sexual orientation. Every 14 seconds, a child is orphaned by AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. Nyumbani serves these abandoned children in Kenya, providing a loving home, medical services and community-based care in the slum communities of Nairobi. Nyumbani Village is a self-sustaining community to serve orphans and elders who have been left behind by the "lost generation" of the AIDS pandemic.
