The Indiana Recovery Alliance operates under the philosophy of harm reduction to educate the community about health risks and to promote the health and dignity of the individuals and communities impacted by drug use. We respectfully collaborate with people to assist in any positive change, as a person defines it for themselves, beginning where the person is at with no biases or condemnations for the person's chosen lifestyle. Our efforts advance policies, practices and programs that address the adverse effects of drug use including overdose, HIV, hepatitis C, addiction and incarceration.

Since 2017, MedGlobal has worked to build the capacity of healthcare systems within countries affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, a lack of resources, and climate change. We have worked with national healthcare systems and individual hospitals and health facilities to design training and education for their healthcare workers, to improve physical infrastructure, policies, and protocols, and to provide the medications, medical supplies, equipment, and technology that they need to treat their patients. Red Door Dommunity (formerly Gilda’s Club New York City) creates welcoming communities of free emotional and social support for everyone living with cancer – adults, teens, children and their families.
