End Well is dedicated to the belief that all people should experience the end of life in a way that matches their values and goals. When faced with issues of mortality, we often suffer needlessly for a variety of reasons, from cultural and clinical to matters of access. End Well brings together a multidisciplinary community that unites design, technology, health, policy and activist initiative to transform how the world thinks about caregiving, grief, illness and the end of life experience with the ultimate goal of creating a future where ending well becomes a measure of living well.

Tackling the water crisis by funding, supporting and advocating for community WASH (water, sanitation & hygiene) programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. Their mission is to increase awareness of WASH challenges and solutions, and most importantly convert that heightened awareness into ACTION.

Bridge to turkiye fund is devoted to mobilizing and generating philanthropic resources benefiting the socio-economically disadvantaged segments of turkish society, with emphasis in children's education and health care. Special focus is given to elementary education and young women's empowerment.

Our main purpose is to educate our families about the hazards of heroin and other drug abuse, so we guide our children to take a path, which is free of devastation, incarceration and death; to help those who may be struggling with addiction, to lift them to a place of recovery and peace. This will only be accomplished by working together with our government leaders, the media, social networking sites, and utilizing all available resources. Since 2017, MedGlobal has worked to build the capacity of healthcare systems within countries affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, a lack of resources, and climate change. We have worked with national healthcare systems and individual hospitals and health facilities to design training and education for their healthcare workers, to improve physical infrastructure, policies, and protocols, and to provide the medications, medical supplies, equipment, and technology that they need to treat their patients. Easter Seals North Georgia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving children with disabilities and their families locally for over 50 years. We are an affiliate of the national organization, easter seals, inc. We provide high-quality services to ensure that all children with disabilities or other special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities. Vision: every family will have access to community resources that will strengthen and allow them to achieve self-sufficiency. Every child will start school healthy and ready to learn.

Step Up of St. Louis is committed to creating an environment in our area that will support prevention of underage substance misuse. The current federal Drug Free Communities funding allows us to focus on the South County area of St. Louis County and serve the greater St. Louis area when possible.

Oxford House, Inc. exists to educate individuals and private and public entities in the benefits of the Oxford House concept of group homes for recovering substance abusers. It allocates all resources, including grant funds, property donations, and available personnel, to replicate democratically self-run and self-supported Oxford Houses to assist in the recovery of substance abusers.

CHIP is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation serving Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Plumas, Shasta, Sutter and Yuba counties. “Helping people help themselves” is CHIP’s mission. We assist low-income and rural disadvantaged residents, seniors and others who lack financial resources or knowledge to improve or provide adequately for their housing. Here’s what we do: construct mutual self-help (sweat equity) housing and affordable multi-family apartment housing manage rental properties we build and properties owned by others, provide education and services to residents, and build and enhance communities. Our organization has built more than 2000 housing units in our seven-county service area and is acknowledged as an innovator and leader in rural housing issues.

We believe that recovery from substance use disorder is possible. We consider it our duty to bring attention to the common misconceptions of substance use disorder. Friends of RISE-Ireland, Inc. is an American-based non-profit charity. Currently, its sole charitable project is to provide general support the work of the RISE Foundation in Ireland. Started by Jack Kilroy with the support of Frances Black in 2013, Friends of RISE raises funds and awareness for the work RISE Foundation- helping people and changing Ireland’s unhealthy relationship with alcohol and drugs.
