It is 2-1-1 Broward's mission to provide 24-hour comprehensive Helpline and support services for individuals in our community seeking crisis/suicide intervention, and/or information and referrals for health and human services, community resource and disaster-related information in Broward.

The WOW Center

The mission of the Community Habilitation Center is to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing specialized training, activities, and experiences that empower them. CHC is focused on helping individuals become independent, active, employed, and socially responsible members of the community. CHC provides life and work skills training, a computer lab, art program and ceramics, fitness classes, daily fieldtrips out into the community, and a music therapy program. All activities are designed to reinforce pre-selected goals chosen by the individuals and increase their independence and understanding of their role within the community.

Julianas Animal Sanctuary

Our mission is to promote equality and respect for all beings through practice and precept. In addition to our extensive animal rescue and animal care, we place a high priority on vegan advocacy through vegan cooking classes, and a strong online and media presence. The Lantern

The Lantern's mission is to provide quality sober living to the chemically dependent person and to educate and assist people with recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. The Lantern's long-term care philosophy is based on a 12-step model that recognizes drug and alcohol addictions as progressive, chronic and potentially fatal diseases. Our organization is open to all adult men and has no residency restrictions, while the geographic service area is primarily focused on Cuyahoga County, many of our residents are also drawn from the outlying suburbs.

For over 30 years, Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge has been restoring hope to teens and adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Our mission is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
