End Well brings together a multidisciplinary community that unites design, technology, health, policy and activist initiative to transform how the world thinks about caregiving, grief, illness and the end of life experience with the ultimate goal of creating a future where ending well becomes a measure of living well.

All of New Bridge's programs draw from the 12 Step Programs and from traditional psychotherapy and counseling approaches. Each of the programs include up to one year of aftercare, where our clients can receive additional support when primary treatment is complete, for no additional charge.
