The Hendren Project (THP) mission is to provide sponsor-supported digital resources that enable a global pediatric surgical community to help one another better serve children with complex surgical issues throughout their lives. The digital resources are provided to THP members without charge through the THP website.

The Pacific Mesothelioma Center at the Pacific Heart, Lung and; Blood Institute’s mission is to better serve a growing number of mesothelioma victims by supporting the first-of-its-kind in the nation research lab which provides laboratory-to-the-bedside research that improve mesothelioma victims’ lives and longevity, particularly for those that approach malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) as a chronic, treatable disease: The exploration of innovative ideas forms the foundation of PMC’s unique research program and provides the promise of future treatment breakthroughs. With the opening of our new laboratory at 10780 Santa Monica, dedicated solely to mesothelioma research, and by choosing specific projects, we will get closer to finding better treatments and research that we hope will eventually lead to a cure. PMC is dedicated to educating the public on asbestos-related diseases and informing them of their best treatment options. PMC also connects newly diagnosed patients with patients that have been through treatment and provides assistance and emotional support.

VINCENT OHAJU, MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR TRAUMA SERVICES AT CHI ST. JOSEPH HEALTH IN BRYAN, TEXAS. ORIGINALLY FROM THE TOWN OF IHITTE, IN SOUTH EASTERN NIGERIA, DR. OHAJU HAD PERSONALLY WITNESSED THE EFFECTS OF INADEQUATE AVAILABLE MEDIC

The Recovery Foundation is committed to providing financial support to individuals seeking or engaged in outpatient treatment forlong-term recovery from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Through education and improving awareness, we work to remove the stigma related to substance abuse and mental health disorders that can stand as a barrier at every stage of recovery. The Recovery Foundation supports peer mentorship, as it's been proven that peer mentorship keeps individuals involved in active recovery longer, thus improving the individual’s rate of success while simultaneously assisting and engaging other individuals in early recovery.

The Abbey Foundation has been a national leader in the battle against addiction since 2009 Our mission has three principal components: 1) Advocacy on behalf of families suffering from addiction and Prevention of Addiction through the education of our communities. 2) Advancing Research in the field of mental health & substance abuse Treatment & Recovery. 3) Assisting people in need of addiction treatment services by developing Affordable treatment solutions.

The World Health Foundation for Development and Peace, founded by Dr. Warter, is a non-profit, educational organization whose mission is to disseminate ideas and programs that generate greater health, well being and a higher standard of living across the world. This work is accomplished by empowering individuals and groups to create projects in their home regions that are in alignment with their own vision for their communities. A better quality of life, holistic health, ecological education and public policy grounded in an altruistic perspective for public service are its objectives.
