In 1973 as a result of the need for profound changes in mental health services the Alliance was incorporated in Los Angeles as the Coalition of Spanish Speaking Mental Health Organizations (COSSMHO). Since then the organization has grown and expanded to reflect the changing needs of the people and communities served. Today, the National Alliance for Hispanic Health is the premier science-based and community-driven organization that focuses on the best health for all. Community-based members provide services to more than 15 million Hispanics throughout the U.S. every year and national organization members provide services to more than 100 million people annually.

Rebuilding Together is a national housing organization that envisions a safe and healthy home for every person. Together with over 140 affiliates throughout the country, we provide, at no cost to the homeowner, critical home repairs for low-income homeowners, including seniors, veterans, families with young children and victims of disaster. Over the past 30 years, we have successfully: engaged 3.99 million volunteers who have completed 191,955 repairs and rehabs for homes, nonprofit facilities and community spaces, which have collectively served over 5.7 million community members totaling a $1.86 billion reinvestment in communities across the country since our inception.

On Point works closely with schools and communities to build whole, healthy teens by providing the in-depth knowledge, on-going support and skills needed to live a life of excellence.

Vitamin Angels reduces child mortality worldwide by connecting essential micronutrients with infants and children under five. Essential nutrients, especially vitamin A, help young immune systems fight infectious diseases, helping children attain good health and the opportunity to lead meaningful and productive lives.

National Breast Cancer Foundation's (NBCF) mission is to save lives through early detection and to provide mammograms for those in need.Our mission includes increasing awareness through education, providing diagnostic breast care services for those in need, and providing nurturing support services.

Since 1974 ACMHS has helped individuals and communities achieve their full potential through the promotion, support and provision of integrated and multicultural mental health Treatment, Outreach, Wellness, Education, and Research solutions.

We have a vision that drives all of our programs: the poor and all in Sierra Leone deserve the best healthcare possible, and Wellbody Alliance is dedicated to delivering it. We will work towards this vision until the day that no Sierra Leonean dies a death that would not happen in America or Europe. We have a mission that aligns our work: to provide healthcare as a human right to the poor in Sierra Leone. We do this through our community health work and high quality clinical care in Kono District.
