The mission of The Health Trust is to lead the Silicon Valley community to advance wellness.

Based on a strong belief that economic diversity is an important contributor to vital and livable communities, Andover Community Trust advocates for and develops permanently affordable homes in the Andover community.

Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life for all people of the greater Pajaro Valley, especially the most disenfranchised. We do this by working “upstream” (before health problems occur or worsen) to help prevent future disease through education and disease prevention, as well as “downstream” (where problems require immediate intervention or treatment) to meet the most acute need for access to quality, culturally responsive services. In all our work, we collaborate with community members and agencies and rely on data to guide our decisions. In this way, we aim to pass on stronger systems and healthier lifestyles to future generations of Pajaro Valley residents.

OakCLT removes land, housing, and other critical community-serving real estate assets from the speculative market and stewards them with -- and for the permanent benefit of -- low-income Oakland residents. Combating community deterioration and expanding housing and economic development opportunities for low-income residents of Oakland. Promoting neighborhood stability and community involvement through the provision of permanently affordable housing and equity sharing options. Supporting the stewardship of commercial, agricultural, and retail facilities that serve working families. Striving to foster leadership through a responsible and informed board of community members.
