Project Lazarus helps heal and empower people living with HIV/AIDS by focusing on wellness, providing housing and offering important support services.

Access Support Network saves and enhances lives of people in our community affected by HIV and Hep. C. It provides access to comprehensive critical services that empower its clients.

The mission of BAO is: “To enhance the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS, at-risk, affected individuals, and the LGBTQ community through outreach, age-appropriate prevention education, and supportive services.”

AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) is a non-profit organization recognized at both the national and local level for providing free basic needs services to people impacted by the devastating effects of HIV/AIDS in Los Angeles County. Founded by four friends in 1983, APLA is a community-based, volunteer-supported organization with the mission of: improving the lives of people affected by HIV disease; reducing the incidence of HIV infection; and advocating for fair and effective HIV-related public policy.

Building from a harm reduction model, The Open Door, Inc. provides supportive housing and related services to improve the health of the forgotten population of high-risk, chronically homeless people living with HIV.

The mission of Fenway Health is to enhance the wellbeing of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and all people in our neighborhoods and beyond through access to the highest quality health care, education, research, and advocacy.

The Utah AIDS Foundation, through education and services, helps to prevent HIV infection and empowers people living in the Intermountain region, who are affected by or living with HIV/AIDS, to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We're inspired and dedicated to improving the lives of people living with, at-risk of, or affected by HIV/AIDS through innovative and empowering essential support services and prevention education. Our ultimate aim is to end new HIV infections.

Afrika Tikkun was founded in 1994 soon after the emergence of Democracy in South Africa. Our visionary founders-- the late Chief Rabbi Cyril Harris and philanthropist and businessman, late Bertie Lubner-- had a vision of focusing on children knowing they represented the future of the country, which inspired the-then President Nelson Mandela to volunteer as our Patron-in-Chief-- an honor that he only bestowed on four organizations during his lifetime. In 2002 he wrote: “Afrika Tikkun demonstrates in a practical and sustainable manner what can be done with limited resources, great commitment and passion. It is my belief that Afrika Tikkun represents the best of what civil society can offer in partnership with Government’s considerable efforts.” For the last 22 years, Afrika Tikkun has worked to redress the consequences of institutionalized oppression in South Africa. Our unique Cradle-to-Career development model enables our 550+ employees to deliver services addressing holistic educational, medical and economic needs of marginalized youth from early infancy through adulthood, inspiring and enabling them to become productive citizens and leaders. Nashville CARES promotes and participates in a comprehensive and compassionate response to HIV/AIDS in Middle Tennessee. Our purpose is to educate the community for increased understanding and prevention of HIV transmission, to advocate for responsible public policy, and to provide services that improve the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS and their families.

The LKAPS mission is to help reduce the isolation and stress of people living with AIDS Survivors Syndrome (ASS). We do this by organizing social functions which provide opportunities to develop friendships and community. Further, we support education and advocacy to raise awareness of ASS, long-term survivors, and the challenges they face.

Global Camps Africa changes the lives of South Africa's vulnerable children and youth by providing HIV/AIDS prevention education and training through high impact residential and day camp experiences and continuing education, equipping young people with the life skills that will support them in becoming safe and productive adults who have hope for the future.
