The Childhood Cancer Lifeline was founded in 1995 by a group of parents whose children had childhood cancer. Since our inception, we have been a strictly volunteer organization dedicated to addressing the practical and emotional needs of New Hampshire families dealing with pediatric cancer. Today our volunteers have expanded to include family members, friends, and other caring individuals. We know first-hand the trauma that a family faces when a child is diagnosed. We also understand the challenges you'll deal with before, during, and after your child's treatment. The Childhood Cancer Lifeline is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Motivated by the inherent worth of each individual and our great care for the people of Haiti, the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation works side by side with the people of Saint Rock and the surrounding rural communities to enhance their lives through: Providing quality primary health care; Helping children and young adults access valuable education opportunities; Instituting community outreach programs that support economic sustainability; Investing in infrastructure to support overall health; and Empowering members of the community to advocate for their rights in the future. We recognize that through our on-going collaboration with the Haitian government and non-governmental organizations, we will support the shared goal of greater self-sufficiency.

Touro Infirmary, one of the oldest private, not-for-profit hospitals in New Orleans, is committed to improving the health and well-being of the entire community through the provision of effective, efficient and compassionate healthcare. The Touro Infirmary Foundation is dedicated to supporting these activities through leadership, resource development, and financial stewardshiand thanks to the generous contributions of our donors, it continues to be an essential resource for the hospital. Every aspect of Touro Infirmary's proud heritage -- from outstanding patient care, to health education and community outreach -- has been enhanced by its legacy of support. Funds are used to support ongoing initiatives and to expand services and facilities for patients. Most gifts to the Foundation are unrestricted and are applied to areas of greatest need. Through the efforts of the Foundation, Judah Touro's vision of community service, begun more than 150 years ago, is still amply evident today. The generosity of our donors helps to ensure that this vision will remain strong for years to come.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. (HSNHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, or ability to pay. HSNHC addresses the physical and behavioral health needs of families and children living primarily in the Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston. The Health Center serves as a primary source for health education and works with the community to identify and put into action needed health services and works with community groups to ensure the well-being of the communities it serves. It is HSNHC's core belief that high quality health care delivered in a dignified manner should be made available, accessible, and affordable to all people as a right, rather than a privilege.

The Medical Benevolence Foundation helps people in developing countries get the medical care they need. Our mission is to provide physical and spiritual healing to the poor through the local church. We help the church’s medical ministries so they, in turn, can help their communities. These ministries include medical services, hospitals, clinics and nursing schools. Medical ministries create jobs. They make medical care available to some of the least- resourced places in the world. They strengthen the position of the local church as a pillar of support in the community. Donations to MBF help offset medical costs for the poor, modernize facilities and equipment, and provide supplies and medicines. Funds also help train local doctors and nurses. Spiritual ministry training is provided free for medical staff. MBF is currently working with ministries in Haiti, Kenya, Malawi and DR Congo. Our vision is to see a country-wide Christian Medical Network in each country. The network will reduce costs while improving the quality of care for patients.

In Malawi maternal and infant mortality rates are among the highest in the world. Hospitals and clinics are severely understaffed, which means that even when critically ill women and children reach a facility in time to save their lives many still do not receive the care they need. And, once they leave the hospital they receive no ongoing support. This is a huge problem and we are a small organization doing what we can in this environment. We support the provision of home based nursing care to high risk postpartum women and babies. We offer high quality personalized care to the women and babies enrolled in our programs, we strive to involve families and communities, and we hold up the truth that even a small difference is a significant difference especially when made with compassion and love.

Nearly five years ago, Boston was changed forever when a beautiful Marathon Monday turned into a senseless tragedy. Gillian Reny, then a high school senior, was one of the 39 critically injured patients rushed to Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), where doctors and nurses saved her life and both of her legs. In gratitude to BWH, the Reny family established The Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation with a mission of transforming outcomes for civilian and military heroes worldwide who have suffered devastating traumatic injuries. To date, the center has raised more than $12 million. But much more needs to be done. Although trauma accounts for 41 million emergency department visits a year, funding for trauma research and care remains scarce. When you support a member of the 2018 BWH Stepping Strong Marathon Team, you are helping BWH turn tragedy into hope for trauma patients like Gillian so they can regain their strength and ability to step strong once again. The mission of the Morning Star Center (MSCAFRICA) is to bring hope and development to the Heart of Africa. MSCAFRICA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit institution devoted expressly to providing social improvement services to underprivileged and impoverished communities. It is our mission to begin with those in the most need. Social Progress requires intervention in several different areas of life, therefore the Morning Star Center will provide many different yet related services to invigorate and inspire social progress. A summary of the different services is provided below. Education: Social progress depends heavily on the development of knowledge and intelligence.  Morning Star Center will provide education through classroom training for all levels of learners: children, adolescents, and adults. A primary goal of the Center's education services is to educate the impoverished children of Africa who, without the Center's services, would be left unable to read, write, or advance in society. The education at the Center will be theoretically based yet practically oriented integrating the latest in business and technology. Healthcare: Social Progress is impossible when a population is faced with debilitating and devastating diseases. A large degree of the health care problem in Africa emanates from simple deficiencies. Morning Star Center will provide basic vaccinations, medications, and information to prevent and treat widespread yet curable diseases. Technology Center: Social Progress is heavily reliant on technology. Morning Star Center will provide not only technical education to students but also serve as a distribution and information center for technological advancement with the community. Local businesses and families will be encouraged to use a technology provided by Morning Star Center as well as obtain lessons about improving production and lifestyle improvement through technology. MSCAFRICA strives to serve African communities by providing education, healthcare, technological, and other social services to everybody, especially the poor. All people are at birth equal and when provided the minimal foundations of education, healthcare, technology, and other services all people are capable of improving their quality of life. It is the basic mission of Morning Star Center for Social Progress to provide that foundation to needy communities in Africa.
