One Heart World-Wide (OHW) is a 501(c)(3) organization with over 15 years of experience implementing maternal and neonatal mortality prevention programs in areas where women often die alone at home giving birth. Our aim is to improve access to, and utilization of healthcare services to reduce the risk of maternal and neonatal mortality in the most remote, rural areas. We believe that all women and newborns can receive the quality healthcare services they deserve during pregnancy and childbirth, anytime and anyplace. Maternal and perinatal mortality are considered key indicators for health and development. OHW specializes in improving the access to, and the delivery of essential healthcare services in regions where the need is the greatest. We work in remote areas with the lowest human development indexes, where other organizations rarely operate. Pregnant women in these high-risk regions are often faced with little to no access to medical care. Socio-cultural barriers, limited personal resources, lack of information, geographical limitations, and inadequate healthcare services prevent pregnant women from receiving the essential care they need to have a safe pregnancy and childbirth. OHW addresses these barriers by improving access to healthcare services in the world's hardest to reach places. We deliver results and drive systemic change, saving lives now and in the future.

OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois is proud to offer an Almost Home Kids location – one of only three in the nation – in Peoria. Almost Home Kids provides transitional care in a home-like setting for children with complex medical needs, as well as training and respite care for their families. Funded entirely through community donations, Almost Home Kids is a 12-bedroom, 21,000-square-foot home. Almost Home Kids is part of OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization within the OSF Healthcare System, relying on the philanthropic support of the community to make our house a home.

For more than 95 years, Children’s Hospital Foundation has been dedicated to funding and advocating for pediatric initiatives that improve the status of health care and the quality of life for children in our region. We provide support for the programs and initiatives of Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR) and the more than 70,000 children it serves each year. CHoR is a full service children’s hospital that offers a robust continuum of pediatric services, research and education. To provide substantial funding to support the highest quality of patient care by Deborah Heart and Lung Center, to provide for treatment of children with congenital heart disease in the United States and around the world; and to provide for clinical research for cardiac, pulmonary and vascular diseases by fostering and maintaining the Foundation’s grassroots volunteer movement, its alliances with corporations, labor organizations, service organizations, foundations and others and by its initiation and enhancement of planned giving programs and other fundraising activities. In partnership with the Center, the Foundation will continue to heighten awareness of the name of Deborah and its unique healthcare and fundraising activities to serve more people without distinction as to race, gender, sexual preference, creed, color, religion, age, national origin, handicap, or ability to pay.

Touro Infirmary, one of the oldest private, not-for-profit hospitals in New Orleans, is committed to improving the health and well-being of the entire community through the provision of effective, efficient and compassionate healthcare. The Touro Infirmary Foundation is dedicated to supporting these activities through leadership, resource development, and financial stewardshiand thanks to the generous contributions of our donors, it continues to be an essential resource for the hospital. Every aspect of Touro Infirmary's proud heritage -- from outstanding patient care, to health education and community outreach -- has been enhanced by its legacy of support. Funds are used to support ongoing initiatives and to expand services and facilities for patients. Most gifts to the Foundation are unrestricted and are applied to areas of greatest need. The Medical Benevolence Foundation helps people in developing countries get the medical care they need. Our mission is to provide physical and spiritual healing to the poor through the local church. We help the church’s medical ministries so they, in turn, can help their communities. These ministries include medical services, hospitals, clinics and nursing schools. Medical ministries create jobs. They make medical care available to some of the least- resourced places in the world. They strengthen the position of the local church as a pillar of support in the community. Donations to MBF help offset medical costs for the poor, modernize facilities and equipment, and provide supplies and medicines. Funds also help train local doctors and nurses. Spiritual ministry training is provided free for medical staff. MBF is currently working with ministries in Haiti, Kenya, Malawi and DR Congo. Our vision is to see a country-wide Christian Medical Network in each country. The network will reduce costs while improving the quality of care for patients.

Living for Zachary is dedicated to raising awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in youth and saving lives through community education and awareness events, promoting youth heart screenings, awarding student scholarships and donating Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to youth-based organizations.
