Camino Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is a bilingual and multicultural health and social services center that works to equip people to live healthy, hopeful, and productive lives. We do this by utilizing a holistic approach to care that addresses the physical, behavioral, and social needs of each person. CCDC provides programming in five areas and serves over 20,000 individuals each year. We offer primary care and pediatric medical services at our health clinic, behavioral health programming, health and wellness education, food security/pantry services, and workforce development and financial literacy support.

We believe that parental care is essential to the development of premature infants. ​ We are striving to increase each NICU parent's ability to care personally for their precious newborn by partnering with hospital social services departments nationwide to provide travel expenses for NICU families. ​ In the past we have helped by offering: ​ Prepaid Gas Cards Rail and Bus Tickets Assistance with airfare Assistance with lodging fees Assistance with meal fees ​ Every family situation is unique which is why we ask that you contact your hospital social worker. They will help you determine the possible expenses you will have during your baby's stay in the NICU. They will be able to reach out to CHF on your behalf & we will take it from there!

Friends of Patients at the NIH, formerly Friends of the Clinical Center, provides financial, logistical and social support to patients while they are receiving groundbreaking and life-saving treatments at the NIH Clinical Research Center. We cover unmet needs so that patients can focus on recovery, healing and fulfilling their crucial role partnering with NIH researchers in advancing knowledge, discoveries and breakthroughs.

Teen Cancer America

Teen Cancer America's (TCA) mission is to improve the experience, outcomes, and survival of teens and young adults (13-39 years of age) with cancer by providing programs and specialized facilities designed especially for them in hospitals throughout the USA. We build teen friendly environments, enhancing the hospital experience, develop standards for age-targeted care, improve collaboration between pediatric and adult specialists, and enable dedicated research to improve outcomes and survival for our young people. Founded in 2012 by Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend of The Who TCA is a change agent improving the lives of young people with cancer by revolutionizing hospitals and programs. Clinica Msr. Oscar A. Romero is a tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3), non-profit organization whose mission is to provide quality, affordable, and culturally sensitive health care and other services to the uninsured, insured, and underserved communities of greater Los Angeles regardless of their ability to pay by upholding the legacy and tradition of Monseñor Oscar Romero and educating and empowering Salvadoran and other community members through community organizing, health education and social justice and exchange programs in El Salvador.

Northwest Assistance Ministries

NAM's mission is to meet basic human needs through neighbors helping neighbors. NAM is a community based, multi-program social service agency established in 1983 which is supported by 50 congregations, 17 service organizations, and over 170 business community partners. Guided by a relatively small staff of 85, more than 2,700 volunteers work together to provide a variety of basic services to our neighbors in need throughout the Houston area. More than 50% of those helped by this effort are children.

The Survivor Fund

Their mission is to assist individuals and families subjected to torture and war trauma to rebuild healthy, self-sufficient lives and to contribute knowledge and testimony to global efforts to end torture. Since its inception in 1995, the Program has cared for more than 5,000 men, women and children from over 100 countries. The Bellevue Program for Survivors of Torture (PSOT) provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care addressing the medical, mental health, legal, and social service needs of torture survivors and their families residing in the New York metropolitan area.
