The mission of The Southampton Hospital Association (SHA), a not for-profit membership corporation organized and existing under the laws of New York State, is to promote the health of people in the communities on the South Fork of Long Island from Westhampton to Montauk and Shelter Island. By participating in an affiliation with State University of New York (SUNY) acting through Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) pursuant to an integration and affiliation agreement and a Lease between SHA and SUNY/SBUH.

The Izzy Foundation provides services and support to those families with children who have debilitating diseases. Our Foundation has a unique understanding of the hardships that families go through during long hospital stays, because we have been there, too. Our founders, many of our board members, and our directors have also sat in hospital waiting rooms for days, weeks and months while our children receive exceptional care. The Foundation hopes to continue to develop spaces and programs for children with cancer and their families that will enable them to continue to live, love, laugh and play. Harlem United’s mission is to provide full access to integrated health care and social services for clients experiencing multiple and complex issues (e.g., HIV/AIDS, social stigma related to sexuality and gender identity, mental illness, chronic substance and alcohol use, homelessness, and extreme poverty), regardless of race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or sexual orientation.

The Haitian Global Health Alliance’s purpose is to support GHESKIO, a world-class research, treatment, and training facility and partner of Weill Cornell Medical College. Founded by renowned HIV/AIDS pioneers, GHESKIO was the first institution in the world dedicated to the fight against AIDS. GHESKIO is widely recognized for implementing and evaluating effective strategies for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases. By Haitians and for Haitians, GHESKIO provides comprehensive health services free of charge, giving patients the care, knowledge, and support they need to regain their health and become productive, engaged members of their community. GHESKIO serves over 120,000 patients each year.

Founded in 1965, the mission of Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) is to provide, promote and protect access to reproductive health and sexuality education so that all people can make voluntary choices about their reproductive and sexual health. PPNNE works to achieve its mission with a three-pronged approach which includes provision of reproductive health care services, sexuality education and professional training, and public policy work to protect and enhance reproductive rights.

The Lynn Community Health Center's mission is to provide comprehensive health care of the highest quality for everyone in the greater Lynn community, regardless of ability to pay, targeting populations that experience the greatest barriers to care: children, teens, the poor, minorities, non-English speaking, and the frail elderly. Our goal is to improve the health of our community.
