The mission of El Rio Community Health Center is to improve the health of our community through comprehensive, accessible, affordable, quality and compassionate care. El Rio Foundation raises support for programs, services to patients and capital needs of the health center.

The mission of Sisters Hospital Foundation is to support the mission and services of Sisters of Charity Hospital. All gifts given support our mission to serve all patients with outstanding clinical care and compassion.  Sisters Hospital provides medical care at both our Main Street Campus in Buffalo, New York and the St. Joseph Campus in Cheektowaga, New York.   Sisters Hospital is affiliated with Catholic Health.

The mission of the International Children's Heart Foundation (ICHF) is to bring the skills, technology and knowledge to cure and care for children with congenital heart disease in developing nations. ICHF does this regardless of country of origin, race, religion or gender. Our goal is to make the need for ICHF obsolete. We work toward this goal through our medical mission trips, where we operate on children and educate local healthcare professionals.

Motivated by the inherent worth of each individual and our great care for the people of Haiti, the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation works side by side with the people of Saint Rock and the surrounding rural communities to enhance their lives through: Providing quality primary health care; Helping children and young adults access valuable education opportunities; Instituting community outreach programs that support economic sustainability; Investing in infrastructure to support overall health; and Empowering members of the community to advocate for their rights in the future. We recognize that through our on-going collaboration with the Haitian government and non-governmental organizations, we will support the shared goal of greater self-sufficiency.

The Grady NIA Project’s mission is to empower abused, suicidal African American women to access behavioral health services, find a new sense of purpose, lead more meaningful lives, and affirm their commitment to living a violence-free life.

Our mission is to foster a Higher Level of Care and steward philanthropic support for the community healthcare missions of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word and St. Mary Medical Center.

To support the mission of the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital to provide quality, cost-effective, customer focused healthcare services to children, regardless of their family's ability to pay, with a goal of improving the health status of the community it serves.

To provide low or no cost oral health services to adults that have little or not access to dental care.

HdlFF supports a general hospital, a self-sustaining eye center, and a childhood nutrition program- all focused on high-impact health interventions for people in the most underserved regions of Guatemala and Mexico.
