If you or someone you know needs information and support related to end-of-life options, End of Life Washington can help. We can offer support for: - Talking to your loved ones about dying. - Making decisions about what you want at the end of life. - Talking to your physician about hospice, palliative care, and pain management. - Finding hospice providers. - Understanding all options to achieve a peaceful death including Washington’s Death with Dignity Act and Voluntary Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED).

Farmsteads of New England, Inc. (FNE) is dedicated to empowering individuals who have autism, developmental disabilities, and others with varying abilities to pursue their chosen path to live a meaningful and satisfying life by providing transitional and long-term supports and services in a rural environment that fosters growth, interdependence, and self-confidence.

Access Point of Georgia, Inc. wholeheartedly supports diverse recovery pathways by providing harm reduction services and recovery resources to people who use drugs and other key populations in Northeast Georgia.
