THE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION IN FORSYTH COUNTY IS A NON-PROFIT, NON-GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY THAT IS DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PERSONS AFFECTED BY MENTAL ILLNESS THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES.

STAND! For Families Free of Violence is a catalyst for breaking the multi-generational cycle of violence, promoting safe and strong relationships, and rebuilding lives. Each year we serve more than 10,000 men, women, and children through our comprehensive, life-changing services.

Inspired by Jewish values, Jewish Family Service of St. Paul helps individuals and families build on their strengths to develop the skills and confidence to meet life’s challenges with dignity. The values that define our programming include Chesed (kindness), Tzedaka (justice) and Tikun Olam (repairing the world).

Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley helps members of our community successfully meet the challenges of daily life by providing quality human services. 

To facilitate healing for victims of sexual assault and their families through on-going crisis intervention services; to promote community awareness of the Center's services; to educate our students and community about the nature of sexual assault; and, to foster strong partnerships with all agencies involved in dealing with sexual assault.

To reach out and offer support to people of all ages and backgrounds during times of crisis, to work to prevent the suicide of those who are actively suicidal, and to offer hope and caring during times of hopelessness. Founded in 1966, Crisis Support Services of Alameda County offers a broad range of counseling, education and prevention services in a safe environment. CSS’ 24-hour crisis hotline responds to more than 65,000 calls each year. Services include on-going therapy groups, school-based counseling, supportive services for seniors, suicide prevention for youth; and community education. Crisis Support Services of Alameda County recognizes and understands the impact of trauma including the challenge of accessing supportive services. Since 1944, Citizens' Committee for Children of New York, Inc. (CCC) has convened, informed and mobilized New Yorkers to make the city a better place for children. CCC's approach to child advocacy is fact-based and combines the best features of public policy advocacy with a tradition of citizen activism. Casting light on the issues, engaging allies, fueling civic discourse, identifying improvements and envisioning alternatives has helped CCC make children a priority in New York City.
