Our mission is to be the corridor that connects families to information that will prove vital during their lifetime, yet detrimental in their death when making imperative decisions for themselves and their families. Our goal is to help families regain self-confidence, restore trust, and rebuild familial and societal relationships.

Abundant Blessings House of Hope's mission is to offer a supportive and safe place to learn trust, independence, and self-worth during pregnancy. We want women to understand that there are alternatives to abortions and will support them and help them find resources to either keep and raise their babies or find a fair and acceptable adoption option. We use resources such as teaching basic life skills, job seeking skills, and, on the therapeutic side, horses to teach trust and communication. We believe that where these women currently are is simply a snapshot, not a definition of who they are. Everyone has the ability to soar on wings like eagles if only given the eyes to see the opportunity and the belief that they can.

The mission of Helping Hand Home for Children is to provide a nurturing and therapeutic home for children and to restore each child to a healthy family setting. Children, whose young lives were once filled with fear, pain, and chaos, are learning to trust adults to take care of them and reclaim their childhood.

STARRY nurtures children, strengthens families, and restores hope through counseling, foster care, and adoption. By serving the neglected, abused, and alone, we help children from hard places and struggling families along in their path to healing. STARRY offers comprehensive counseling that’s guided by grace and love. We also provide compassionate guidance to families as they navigate the foster care and adoption process. STARRY provides trauma-informed care to clients by using Trust-Based Relational Intervention®. We work to meet the needs of the body, soul, and spirit of children by using the TBRI® principles of connecting, empowering, and correcting.

The Vision, Mission, and Values of There is Hope for Me (TIHFM)Vision: To identify and restore survivors of human trafficking and abuse. Mission: As a survivors-to-survivors nonprofit. TIHFM offers H.O.P.E. through Healing, Opportunity, Purpose and Empowerment. We conduct education and awareness outreach and identification of trafficking survivors, provide one-on-one survivor peer mentoring (restoration) and support to those affected by human trafficking and abuse. Values: We provide hope and unconditional love to survivors and their families. Collaboration with law enforcement aids in successful prosecutions while maintaining partnerships of integrity, which guards the valued trust of our survivors. We provide national trainings on trauma-informed, survivor centered care.

Mission: NAMI North Texas is a grassroots organization that provides education, support, advocacy, and public awareness to improve the lives of people living with mental health conditions and their family members. Vision: NAMI North Texas empowers North Texans through our ongoing education, support, advocacy and awareness initiatives. We envision a stigma-free, supportive community where recovery is achievable and mental health services are accessible by all. EveryMind strengthens communities and empowers individuals to reach optimal mental wellness. Since 1957, EveryMind has been a trusted mental health resource providing direct services, community education and advocacy which bring healing, hope and wholeness to children, youth, adults, veterans and families. While EveryMind provides services throughout the entire National Capital Region, our services typically target the community’s most vulnerable and low-income residents. In the past year, EveryMind provided direct services to more than 15,000 individuals. EveryMind’s programs and services are directed at reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and ensuring our entire community has the resources they need to reach optimal mental wellness. These programs include: Friendly Visitor, which combats loneliness and isolation among older adults; Linkages to Learning, which provides school-based mental health services for at-risk students and families; Representative Payee, which helps individuals with a disability or mental illness manage their finances; ServingTogether, which coordinates a network of resources for veterans, service members and their families; case management and counseling services for children, youth, adults and families; and crisis prevention and intervention services for the entire community.

2BIOSPHERE Inc. is an advocacy & recovery organization for survivors of childhood and adult trauma. Our organization is designed to promote self-care which encompasses the spiritual, mental, and physical components. Our mission is based on the scripture taken from Jeremiah 29:11 which states that “For I know the plans that I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper you and to give you hope and a future.” We are committed to providing a comfortable, safe and trusting environment to help individuals recognize and confront the barriers that have resulted from the circumstances of their past and manifested into addictions and other alternative behaviors. We take a unique approach to trauma recovery by incorporating life values with faith-based teaching delivered in the form of workshops that include craft projects. We are dedicated to helping survivors transform their lives by supporting them through their recovery process and as they shift towards a prosperous future.
