The Miles Hall Foundation

The Mission of The Miles Hall Foundation is support families by educating communities about mental illness and protect those impacted with mental illness from excessive use of force by law enforcement. We do this life-saving work to honor the life and legacy of Miles Hall, who was killed by the Walnut Creek police in June of 2019 during a mental health crisis. Our work falls into three categories, prevention, education, and advocacy.

The mission of the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law is to protect and advance the rights of adults and children who have mental disabilities. The Center envisions an America where people who have mental illnesses or developmental disabilities exercise their own life choices and have access to the resources that enable them to participate fully in their communities.

CASA Center Against Sexual Assault of Southwest Riverside County

The Center Against Sexual Assault is dedicated to promoting safe and healthy relationships by: supporting and empowering individuals and families' impacted by sexual violence, providing skills-based prevention, intervention and advocacy services, and creating opportunities for positive change in our community.

Brazos County Rape Crisis dba Sexual Assault Resource Center

Mission statement of the Rape Crisis Center, Brazos Valley is to provide counseling, hotline, and accompaniment services to all survivors of sexual abuse. In providing these services we aim to assure that the immediate and long term physical and emotional needs of the survivor are met, survivors are treated with dignity and respect, and they are given accurate legal and medical information.
