We are passionate about tackling the stigma related to mental health within the black community. We remove barriers to receive culturally competent therapy that promotes healing to those who have experienced childhood, racial, systemic, and other trauma. We focus on the intersectionality of race, gender, and the criminal legal system. Our approach includes the use of artistic expression to address complex trauma.
