Tomorrow - The Marc Guerette Foundation

Ours is not the only family that has helplessly watched a loved one suffer and ultimately die as the result of chronic, treatment-resistant depression. It is all too common. Our challenge, and the motivation behind the formation of Tomorrow: The Marc Guerette Foundation, is to find meaning in Marc’s suffering and death by being a vanguard for significant advances to fight this disease. We can do more to save others from the tragic clutches of chronic depression. Together we can galvanize the strength needed to take on this challenge.

Robert D Sutherland Memorial Foundation

Founded in 2002, the RDS Foundation and Sutherland Bipolar Center is dedicated to improving the lives of people and their families impacted by bipolar disorder. We have helped over 1600 people for more than 15 years-- people who would not have been able to get the treatment that they need elsewhere because of financial difficulties. Our clients pay little to no money for services (typically $0-20/session), and we don't take insurance. Because of this, our Center runs mostly on grants and donations. We offer a comprehensive initial diagnosis, psychotherapy (e.g. individual, family and/or group) and psychoeducation (an 8-week Seminar that covers 12 hours of information not available anywhere). In collaboration with the University of Colorado in Boulder, the clinic is housed at the Muenzinger building in the Psychology Department. Our clinic is staffed by a licensed clinical psychologist who also mentors and directs highly qualified doctoral Psychology graduate students from the University. To access services, please visit our website (https://rdsfoundation.org/the-rds-center-at-cu/how-to-access-services/) or call 303-492-5680.
