The mission of The Settlement Home for Children is to promote healing and growth in children, young adults and their families by providing a continuum of care, support and resources. We serve children who have experienced severe emotional trauma, abuse and neglect.

The Save Small Business Fund is a grantmaking initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and is made possible by the generosity of our partners. The Fund offers short-term relief for small employers in the United States and its territories.

Tuesday’s Children is a non-profit family service organization that has made a long-term commitment to every individual impacted by the events of September 11, 2001 and those who have been impacted by terrorist incidents worldwide.  Since 2001, Tuesday’s Children has promoted  healing and recovery by strengthening family resilience,  providing individual coping and life management skills and creating community through programs, mental health support and family engagement opportunities.

In service to God, our mission is to build upon the social, physical, emotional, and spiritual strengths of children, youth, and families, and to affirm their worth.

Heroes for Children advocates for and provides financial and social assistance to families with children (0-22 yrs of age) battling cancer. We serve all children and their families who are receiving cancer treatment in all Texas pediatric hospitals.

Vision: To Prevent Child Abuse, which will improve the Lives of Children and Break the Cycle of Abuse.  Mission: To Prevent Child Abuse by creating, implementing and operating projects that raise community awareness, educate adults and children and increase community involvement to keep children safe. We are accomplishing our mission through Websites, Social Media, Community Events, Public Service Announcements and Commercials, about Child Abuse Prevention, Parenting and Protecting our Children. Each project creates opportunities for Adults and Teens to become actively involved in the movement to protect our Children and improve our Future. Our mission is to raise the consciousness of our society about the failure of our governmental agencies to protect victims of child abuse, to provide legal advocacy for abused children and to develop and implement, on a collaborative basis where possible, a full range of solutions that enhance the quality of life for these children.

Our mission is to rescue, restore, educate and bring hope to victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Our vision is to empower and equip individuals, families and communities by breaking the cycle of sexual exploitation through partnerships and community awareness.

The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: a 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, and text. The organization also runs TrevorSpace, the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth, and operates innovative education, research, and advocacy programs.

Kentucky's young people are increasingly being victimized by abuse, neglect and family trauma. The Kentucky United Methodist Children's Homes responds to Christ's call to go into the world by providing quality social services for children and families. We have established a variety of services for children, adolescents and parents to bring healing and hope to often desperate situations. We believe every child is an individual of worth and is deserving of God's gift of wholeness of life. The scope of our services continues to grow and improve as new needs arise.
