Preventing child sexual abuse through community empowerment and support. The Cece Yara Foundation is a child-centred non-profit organisation established in 2016 to prevent child sexual abuse and provide access to care, information, protection and emergency intervention for children who are sexually abused or at risk, and their family. The Foundation provides the ideal response to children through a 24-hour free child telephone helpline and its child-friendly Child Advocacy Centre based in Lagos, which provides professional counselling, medical, legal and psycho-social support, as well as referral services. The Foundation also conducts prevention programs for children and adults to raise awareness on child sexual abuse, and educate adults on how to protect children from sexual abuse.

The Angels in the Outfield is a non profit organization seeking to brighten the lives of children who have been impacted by crime or child abuse. Our mission is to promote healing, happiness, and safety of children through the generosity of our contributors. The services provided to each child will be determined on a case-by-case basis dependent upon each child's specific needs.

The Exodus Road Inc

We help find and free slaves through strategic action using ordinary people. The Exodus Road is an established, innovative nonprofit which focuses primarily on empowering rescue from modern slavery and human trafficking by actively searching for current victims, supporting and building capacity for local authorities and national practitioners, and equipping communities to act as abolitionists.

The Abortion Survivors Network

The Abortion Survivors Network is the only advocacy and support organization for abortion survivors and their families world-wide. It is founded and directed by abortion survivor, Melissa Ohden, MSW. We provide help and hope to abortion survivors and all impacted by abortion, and we humanize the unborn and abortion survivors in a way no one else can.The Abortion Survivors Network provides social and healing support to survivors and their families, while raising awareness in the public about the incidence of failed abortions and the experiences of abortion survivors. We firmly believe that as abortion survivors and families are supported and the public educated about the incidence of failed abortions and the lives of survivors, that a culture of life will be restored.

Sisters Of The Road

Sisters Of The Road exists to build authentic relationships and alleviate the hunger of isolation in an atmosphere of nonviolence and gentle personalism that nurtures the whole individual, while seeking systemic solutions that reach the roots of homelessness and poverty to end them forever. We believe that all individuals are equally worthy, that no one has a monopoly on the truth, and that we have much to learn from one another. We consistently refuse to participate in or condone any act of violence, harm or humiliation, including sexism or racism. Our founding goals are to be a safe, public place for everyone, especially women and children, to offer nourishing meals at little cost or in exchange for labor, and to offer job training and employment experience to local residents. For thirty-five years, Sisters' has worked to fulfill these goals and to build a community based on nonviolence, dignity, and systemic change.
