Mercy in Action is a non-profit organization that focuses on the crisis in Maternal/Newborn/Child health care worldwide. We have been establishing and funding free birth centers for poor families in the Philippines since 1992, and to date more than 12,000 babies have been delivered free of charge for the poorest of the poor in Mercy In Action's Birth Centers, and literally tens of thousands of lives have been helped and healed in the medical outreaches. Mercy In Acton also teaches clinical internships, seminars and training retreats to prepare midwives, medics and nurses to meet the global shortage of skilled birth attendants, and to help primary health care workers prevent unnecessary child deaths.

The mission of Juntos Construyendo Futuro (Building Future Together) is to promote the communities social development, through the design, management, implementation and evaluation of social programs and projects, especially with children and young people. With these actions, the organization promotes: Leaders with a strong feeling of equity and respect for the others; Communities engaged with their own development, and Contributions to the peace building.

Since 1979 Domestic Abuse Project (DAP) has served the Twin Cities' community with innovative and successful programming to end the inter-generational cycle of domestic violence. We have made it our mission to work with all affected members of the family–men, women, and children–to stop domestic violence as it occurs and prevent it in the future.

GBLS provides free civil (non-criminal) legal assistance to low-income people in Boston and 31 surrounding cities and towns. Birthright Lake, Inc. offers free, non-judgmental, confidential help and guidance to pregnant women and families who are struggling due to personal and/or financial difficulties. We are dedicated to helping through tangible, positive and loving support. We freely provide formula, diapers, clothing and material needs as well as emotional support.
