Today, UNFPA works in more than 150 countries to ensure every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe, and every woman and girl can reach her fullest potential. USA for UNFPA is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness among Americans about global sexual and reproductive health, mobilizing support to provide lifesaving care to women and girls worldwide, and advocating for gender equality.

Overpopulation threatens the quality of life for people everywhere. Population Connection is the national grassroots population organization that educates young people and advocates progressive action to stabilize world population at a level that can be sustained by Earth's resources.

United Negro College Fund envisions a nation where all Americans have equal access to a college education that prepares them for rich intellectual lives, competitive and fulfilling careers, engaged citizenship and service to our nation. UNCF’s mission is to build a robust and nationally-recognized pipeline of under-represented students who, because of UNCF support, become highly-qualified college graduates and to ensure that our network of member institutions is a respected model of best practice in moving students to and through college. UNCF’s North Star is to increase the total annual number of African American college graduates by focusing on activities that ensure more students are college-ready, enroll in college and persist to graduation. This is done through a three-pillar strategy. Positioning member institutions as a viable college option for students and investing in institutional capacity to improve student outcomes; creating transformational support programs to ensure students are enrolling and persisting through college completion; building awareness of educational attainment and cultivating college-going behaviors within the African American community.

Right now, there are hundreds of bills pending in state legislatures across the United States that target trans youth and aim to curb their rights. The impact of fighting these anti-trans bills and policies is felt all year by trans people, their families and loved ones. The organizations benefitting from this fund are 1) providing direct services to trans youth and 2) advocating for the rights of trans youth in the states that need it most. Achvat Amim ("Solidarity of Nations" in Hebrew) is a unique five month volunteer program based in Jerusalem, for participants ages 21 to 30, that directly engages with the reality of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through grassroots human rights work and critical education, based on the core value of self-determination for all peoples. Our vision is a reality of peace, justice, and self-determination for all peoples in this land, within a framework where the full human, civil, and political rights of all people and peoples are recognized and actualized. As experienced community organizers in Israel-Palestine, we know that the best way to approach challenging social and political problems is to engage people in meaningful processes of self-examination, empowerment, and relationship building. In parallel, we need to create spaces for communities to develop shared goals and strategies for positive social change, rooted in their unique identities and traditions. Our mission is to build a movement to support self-determination for all peoples, starting with an empowered and educated Jewish community which acts in partnership and solidarity with Palestinians and Israelis. As Jewish educators and activists, we have identified three strategies: 1. transform our own Jewish community to act from a place of empathy, compassion and meaningful identity, 2. bring more people into the movement, in partnership and solidarity with Palestinians and Israelis, and 3. develop leaders within the movement for self-determination for all people and peoples. Achvat Amim's methods - sustained processes of living, learning, and working in partnership across various divisions - allow growing relationships of trust and solidarity to emerge between participants, partner organizations, and staff, between Israelis, Palestinians and others.

The Legal Defense Fund (LDF) is America’s premier legal organization fighting for racial justice. Using the power of law, narrative, research, and people, the organization defends and advances the full dignity and citizenship of Black people in America. Casa de Esperanza mobilizes Latinas and Latin@ communities to end gender-based violence. We were founded in 1982 when a small group of Latina activists created an emergency shelter for Latinas who were denied domestic violence services from mainstream systems. For 38 years, we have served a highly marginalized population in culturally relevant ways that translate to greater safety, community connectedness, and self-sufficiency for Latin@s who experience domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking. Our work builds and leverages the communities’ strengths, cultural assets, and leadership to shift beliefs and behaviors within family and social networks, which we believe will create the conditions and solutions for thriving.
