Founded in 1976, House of Ruth empowers women, children, and families to rebuild their lives and heal from trauma, abuse, and houselessness. Through 14 programs in Washington, DC, we serve women, children, and families who are striving to overcome childhood trauma, domestic violence, homelessness, mental health disorders, and poverty.  Our continuum of services encompasses enriched housing for families and single women; trauma-informed childcare; and free counseling to empower anyone, regardless of gender, who is a survivor of trauma and abuse.

Since 1979 Domestic Abuse Project (DAP) has served the Twin Cities' community with innovative and successful programming to end the inter-generational cycle of domestic violence. We have made it our mission to work with all affected members of the family–men, women, and children–to stop domestic violence as it occurs and prevent it in the future.

Safe & Sound prevents and reduces the impact of childhood abuse, neglect, and trauma. We do this by strengthening families, building communities, and advancing healing, equity, and justice.

The Coastal Children’s Advocacy Center unites public, private, and community resources to provide each child who has suffered abuse with justice, hope, and healing.

They want to impact the lives of children in dangerous and poverty-stricken places to such a degree that it changes their whole nation.

Hubbard House is a not-for-profit 5013 entity, established in 1976, that was the first domestic violence shelter in Florida. Hubbard House is a certified, comprehensive domestic violence center and is a nationally recognized leader in domestic violence intervention

ChicagoCAC believes that freedom from abuse and exploitation is a basic human right and strives to always provide the highest standard of care to the children and families who come to the Center. Our mission is to unite public, private and community partners to ensure the safety, health and well-being of abused children in the City of Chicago.

Soroptimist International is a global volunteer movement working together to transform the lives of women and girls. Our network of around 76,000 club members in 120 countries and territories works at a local, national and international level to educate, empower and enable opportunities for women and girls.
