The mission of SAGE is to lead in addressing issues related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) aging. In partnership with its constituents and allies, SAGE works to achieve a high quality of life for LGBT older adults, supports and advocates for their rights, fosters a greater understanding of aging in all communities, and promotes positive images of LGBT life in later years.

Found in 1983, the loft: LGBT community center works to further the cause for inclusion, diversity and pride through education, advocacy, and celebration. We offer over 30 programs and services for the local LGBT and allied communities in new York's lower Hudson Valley.

Gay For Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) volunteers and allies to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader communities where we live and work. We aim to increase LGBTQ+ visibility and representation, cultivate understanding, and build positive relationships between diverse groups of people, while helping the environment, animals and people in need through acts of service and kindness. To carry out our mission, Gay For Good provides training and resources to community leaders who plan and lead inclusive group volunteer experiences for LGBTQ+ people, allies and others to volunteer together, network and have fun in twenty-one chapter cities, and growing. Gay For Good was founded in 2008 and has a proven track record of success. The National LGBT Cancer Network works to improve the lives of LGBT cancer survivors and those at risk by: EDUCATING the LGBT community about our increased cancer risks and the importance of screening and early detection; TRAINING health care providers to offer more culturally-competent, safe and welcoming care; and ADVOCATING for LGBT survivors in mainstream cancer organizations, the media and research.

Hudson Pride Connections Center (HPCC) is a home and voice for the diverse LGBTQ community and our allies that advocates for our physical, mental, social and political well-being. We create safe and vibrant spaces to gather and celebrate our lives. HPCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-governmental, community organization situated in the Journal Square neighborhood in Jersey City, one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in this country and home to the largest LGBTQ community in New Jersey. Hudson Pride was established in 1993 to serve as an advocate for both the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS communities in Hudson County and more than 20 years later, we are still delivering a wide array of services, programs and events to meet their on-going needs. Our programs and services include LGBTQ support groups for youth, young adults, middle adults and seniors, specialized groups for HIV+ gay men, transgender individuals and women of color, community training and education focused on helping provider agencies to deliver LGBT and HIV competent services, LGBTQ health education, HIV outreach services, social service linkages and advocacy.
