The Borderland Rainbow Center's mission is to create a community space in which lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex (LGBTQI) people and their allies can heal, grow, and empower themselves and others. This substance-free space will connect LGBTQI people to resources for improved physical and mental health, economic stability, legal rights, education, spiritual and cultural enrichment.

R- Reinforce character attributes of respect, honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. U- Unite and educate for gender equality. G- Give youth, females in particular, the means, mentally, physically, and financially to continue their education past the governmental requirements. B - Build confidence in youth to empower Y- Yield a network of opportunities. Through RUGBY.

The NGPA mission statement is to build, support, and unite the LGBT aviation community worldwide. Through education, outreach programs, and social events, we promote our primary organizational goals: • to encourage members of the LGBT community to begin piloting careers, • to foster equal treatment of LGBT aviators through advocacy and outreach, • to promote aviation safety, and • to provide an affirming social and professional network for LGBT aviators. NGPA's mission is not limited to North America. Aviation is a global phenomenon and so is our determination to support safe aviation and a safe, affirming place in the world of aviation for LGBT aviators worldwide.

The Pride Center provides comprehensive programming which fosters the health and well-being of the LGBTIQ community, and increases public acceptance and champions social change for the LGBTIQ community through education and outreach.
