Since 1990, we have developed over 46 properties with 110 units of housing using the power of partnerships. We partner with local municipalities, national and local funders, and local banking institutions to buy, rehabilitate, and rent out healthy, safe, and affordable homes. Rental income is used to maintain and grow our portfolio.
