The Ama Foundation

The Ama Foundation is dedicated to providing the most underprivileged children of Nepal with a loving home, education and opportunities to live healthy and secure lives within their community.

The Imus Ranch

Founded by Don Imus and Deirdre Imus in 1998, the ranch was conceived and designed with the sole purpose of providing the experience of the great American cowboy to children suffering from cancer or serious blood disorders, and children who’ve lost brothers and sisters to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Our objectives are to encourage in them a sense of achievement, responsibility and self-esteem, and to instill pride and restore their dignity as they become aware of just how much they are able to accomplish. Many have become convinced that because they are sick they are not normal. At The Imus Ranch they quickly discover that they can do anything any other kid can do. Well over 1,000 kids have.

The Hopi Foundation

The Hopi Foundation builds and manages permanent community funds to provide grants that enhance the quality of life for 12,000 Hopi people throught the Hopi Nation. Itam naapyani, is a Hopi phrase that means "doing the work ourselves". Inspired by this teaching, the Hopi Foundation is committed to meeting the charitable needs of the Hopi comunity. The mission of the Hopi Foundation is to foster self reliance, self sufficiency, a sense of pride; to recognize ability and the commitment to pass on learning to our own people; and to give back. We are driven by the honest motivation to sincerely try to help others help themselves. Since its inception, the Foundation has initiated innovative approaches to enhance and preserve the Hopi traditional way of life, while at the same time, meeting the challenges of a modern and highly technological era.

The Orchard Network

Founded in 2012, The Orchard Network exists to Grow Gospel Leaders for Churches. The Soldiers Project

The Soldiers Project is committed to providing a safety net of psychological care for post-9/11 Veterans, regardless of their discharge status, and their loved ones. We also work to educate the general public on how the psychological consequences of war affect not only those who serve, but also their loved ones at home and in our communities. All counseling is done by licensed professional mental health therapists in their private, professional office spaces.

The Sheltering Arms

Founded by Atlanta volunteers in 1888, the mission of Sheltering Arms Early Education & Family Centers is to empower families and strengthen communities by providing 1) high quality, affordable child care and  early education, 2) comprehensive support services for families, 3) professional development, and 4) community building partnerships.   Each day, 2500 children and their families are served in 16 neighborhood centers serving 6 metro Atlanta counties.  Sheltering Arms serves working families of all income levels by providing government child care subsidies and income-based scholarships generated by fundraising. Sheltering Arms, a United Way funded agency, has been nationally recognized for its success in preparing children for school success.
