Founded in 2000, Glamourgals organizes and inspires teen volunteers to provide ongoing companionship and complimentary beauty makeovers to women in senior homes. Through this experience: Elderly residents in care feel a renewed sense of community and self-worth. Teen volunteers gain essential leadership skills demonstrating empathy and compassion through our intergenerational programming.

Little City is dedicated to serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing the best options and opportunities to live safely, learn continuously, explore creatively and work productively throughout their lifetime. Israel Friends is a testament to unwavering support and humanitarian action. Operating under the wing of Worldwide Friends, a distinguished U.S.-based 501c3 organization, we were born from the collective determination of visionary entrepreneurs. Our origin was an emergency response to Russia's unjustified aggression against Ukraine, sparking our commitment to deliver critical aid on the ground. In resolute solidarity with Israel, our mission is clear: to provide essential humanitarian aid and tactical support exactly where it's needed most. Our approach is marked by thoughtfulness and deliberate action, ensuring that we adapt swiftly as the needs of those we serve evolve. Herzl Camp is a welcoming, independent Jewish camp in Webster Wisconsin. Since Herzl was founded in 1946, over 30,000 campers have spent their summer immersed in joyful Judaism on the shores of Devils Lake.

Chicago House empowers persons living with or vulnerable to HIV/AIDS to lead healthy and dignified lives through housing and compassionate, client-centered support services.

Friends of the Light House is a separate 501(c )3 community based organization which hosts local events to support The Light House Homeless Prevention Support Center in Annapolis, MD.

Ronald McDonald House New York provides temporary housing for pediatric cancer patients and their families in a strong, supportive and caring environment which encourages and nurtures the development of child-to-child and parent-to-parent support systems.

Jodi House empowers brain injury survivors to not merely survive, but thrive.

After years of careful planning and preparation, the community responded and in less than two years of fund raising through private gifts and grants, $6 million was raised to bring Ronald McDonald House to Long Beach. The Long Beach House joined more than 300 other Ronald McDonald Houses in 58 countries and regions around the world.  Locally, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California operates Houses in Bakersfield, Loma Linda, Los Angeles, Orange, and Pasadena.  The chapter also operates Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, a free, medically-supervised, year-round sleep away camp for children with cancer and their siblings, as well as two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at CHOC in Orange and CHOC at Mission in Mission Viejo, which serve as an oasis for families inside of hospitals. Additionally, the chapter awards scholarship funds to exceptional high school students and community grants to non-profit organizations that benefit children. Research shows that a family's presence in the hospital helps children heal. Staying close by allows parents to better communicate with their child's medical team and improves adherence to complicated treatment plans. These are only some of the reasons that make Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California an important organization.
