We develop solutions community by community to ensure long-term sustainability.  Our level of community engagement, long-term outlook and constant focus on the needs and priorities of children is unique among international development organizations.  Our solutions are designed up-front to be owned by the community for generations to come and range from clean water and healthcare programs to education projects and child protection initiatives. Plan International USA also includes the former Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA).

Kidstown International is a partnership of friends dedicated to reaching out and sharing love and care with orphan children by helping to provide for their basic needs and by befriending them.

Founded in 1997, Hope Clinic International is a Christian, ecumenical, not-for-profit organization devoted to the delivery of medical and surgical healthcare to the children of Nicaragua. Our mission is to reflect God’s hope-restoring love to children and their families, as well as staff and health care workers, by providing restorative healthcare in under-resourced areas.
