Provides shelter for abused and homeless women and their children in Southern California to equip mothers with children suffering from homelessness or abuse for successful independent living with hope for the future a key outcome is that they can live on their own independently and not be tempted to return to their abuser and destructive lifestyle.  

National Council Of The United States, Society Of St. Vincent De Paul

Mission: A network of friends, inspired by gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need. Vision: Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP; the Society), an International Catholic lay organization, provides person-to-person services to the needy and suffering. Organized locally, Vincentians witness God's love by embracing all works of charity and justice, and making no distinction in those served. The Society is present in 85% of the Catholic Parishes in the United States.
