To inspire students at middle and high schools nationwide to end social isolation and to create a culture of belonging for everyone. We are a student-led social justice movement and a source of professional development for educators for Inclusion based on Social Emotional Learning evidence-based methods.Beyond Differences is the nation’s leader on social isolation among middle school youth. Since it’s founding in 2010, more than 8600 schools across the country have used Beyond Differences programs and 550,000 students have been impacted.

Every year, more than 250,000 active duty service members transition out of the military, joining the 3.5 million post-9/11 veterans already living in communities nationwide. They face many challenges including isolation, weight gain, lack of purpose, and other health issues. Team Red, White & Blue is the antidote to the isolation and health challenges they face. By forging America’s leading health and wellness community for veterans, service members, and their families, we strive to make tomorrow better. Together, we will find strength and success. Our chapters and the Team RWB App deliver virtual and local, consistent, and inclusive opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. Volunteers host regular fitness activities, social gatherings, and community service events, and facilitate building strong local connections with members and organizations within the community.

Through Wikipedia and its sister projects, the mission of the Wikimedia Foundation is to empower people around the world to collect and develop knowledge under a free license, and to disseminate it effectively and globally. In collaboration with a network of chapters, the Foundation provides the essential infrastructure and an organizational framework for the support and development of projects and endeavors which serve this mission.

Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive - at home, at school and at play. We supply these items free of charge by engaging and connecting communities that have with communities that need.

Dementia Society raises awareness and education across the United States and Canada for the syndrome known as Dementia (including Alzheimer's disease, Vascular Dementia, Lewy body, FTD, and other causes). We connect families to local resources; create meaningful therapeutic moments for those living with Dementia and their caregivers through non-medical programs that include music, movement, and the arts. We recognize and invest in outstanding Dementia care, innovation, and research.

To gift stuffed animals to first responders, hospitals and agencies that work with children, the elderly and people in need of comfort.

The mission of Black Girls Code is to provide Black girls access to engaging computer programming education that sparks their interest in technology, unlocks their potential, and leads to more equitable communities. We primarily work with girls ages 7-17, and young women up to age 25 as part of our alumnae program. Through our virtual programs and school and community based programs, we serve approximately 5,000 girls annually. We serve additional young people through our Code Along series via Youtube. Step Up is a mentorship nonprofit providing the structure for girls (and those who identify with girlhood) to define their ideal destination and get there -- wherever that destination may be. Through Step Up, girls experience more than just mentorship. They'll find community, feel empowered to expand their horizons, and develop the skills they need to navigate life’s path with confidence.
