To unite a loving, global community with refugee children and families to bring dignity, care, and awareness to the refugee journey. Our vision: A world where a child's safety and future always come first.
The Outreach House’s reason for being is simple – to provide compassionate and effective assistance to individuals and families in need with dignity and without judgment. We serve residents of York Township, Glendale Heights and Addison. Following a long and successful community presence addressing urgent needs for food, clothing, infant/toddler essentials and emergency financial assistance, our four programs – First Things First, Food Pantry, Clothes Closet and Walk-in Assistance - merged as one organization under The Outreach House and are now housed under one roof in an accessible, one story building.
