Planet Water Foundation is a US based, non-profit organization committed to bringing clean water to the world's most disadvantaged communities through the installation of community-based water filtration systems and the deployment of hygiene education programs. Our projects are focused on children, schools, and rural and peri-urban communities across the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America.

The mission of the Captain Planet Foundation is to give the next generation of environmental stewards an active understanding and love for the natural world in which they live. PROVIDING ACCESS TO A LIFETIME OF OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) is a nonprofit community ski organization based in Bozeman, Montana. We provide and fund educational and competitive programs for all ages, year round, in Nordic, Alpine, Freeskiing, Freestyle, Freeride, and Snowboarding. BSF also grooms an incredible network of community Nordic ski trails for the public in Bozeman.

LuBird’s Light Foundation was founded in honor of a little girl named Lucia, affectionately called “LuBird.” Lucia was born with a rare genetic condition called Pallister Killian Syndrome or PKS and is affected from head to toe. While Lucia faces many challenges she is still just a little girl who wants to experience the joy, love and laughter in life.

The C Scape foundation was established to support the positive health outcomes of individuals, families and communities. We meet members where they are at and work to support the alleviation of unnecessary stressors associated with various determinants such as biological and social barriers and inequities.

The Women’s Sports Foundation was established in 1974 to advance the lives of women and girls through sports and physical activity. Our mission today - we are dedicated to creating leaders by ensuring girls access to sports. We provide financial fuel to aspiring champion athletes. We fund groundbreaking research. We educate. We advocate. And we help communities get girls active.

The mission of the Oregon Zoo Foundation is to foster community pride and involvement in the Oregon Zoo and to secure financial support for zoo conservation, education and animal welfare programs. These programs advance the zoo's mission to inspire the community to respect animals and to take action on behalf of the natural world by creating engaging experiences and advancing the highest level of animal welfare, environmental literacy and conservation science.

The Sanneh Foundation serves the holistic youth development needs of the increasingly diverse Twin Cities metro area. Technology Access Foundation started in 1996 to prepare underserved youth of color for higher education and professional success by providing a rigorous and relevant K-12 curriculum. TAF enhances their educational and professional prospects through the delivery of tools for learning in the 21st century. We will use our demonstrable success to establish our leadership in educational reform and expand the reach of our model.

HALO believes every child should have the support of a family. We provide housing, healing and education to thousands of homeless and at-risk children. HALO began in Kansas City, MO by HALO Founder Rebecca Welsh, and has served as the foundation of a family for children who need it most since 2005.Our mission is to help one more child spend one less day alone.
