The Agape House, Inc. is a non-denominational ministry creating neutral ground where Christ-centered churches can work side-by-side to reach a unique population of our local community. Our mission is to serve God and the community by allowing the love of Christ to shine through us. Those who benefit from these services have been homeless on a long term or short term basis as well as people in need.

Caring House

Caring House is the first and only non-profit, home-based setting completely focused on helping residents and their families through the end-of-life journey in Los Angeles County. We provide peace of mind as we lovingly care for our residents and their families - assuring peace, comfort, support and dignity at the end of their life/their loved one's life. Our caregivers and volunteers alike say it is a privilege and often their favorite part of the day to help residents and families during this time.

Lazarus House

Lazarus House's mission is to offer guests connected to St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and western rural Kane County, Illinois, who are homeless or in need, hope for the future by providing hospitality, food, safe shelter, and education – tools for life. We strive to make certain that all who enter feel the love of Jesus. Goals are to: 1)help the homeless return to independent living with the skills and habits needed for long-term success and 2)offer services and referrals to help those in need in our community in order to prevent homelessness and support the well being of individuals and their families.

JESPY House

South Orange-based JESPY House is a non-profit organization that has supported adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 45 years. Clients, age 18 and up, are guided in various areas along their journey to independence and leading fulfilling lives. JESPY’s philosophy is to promote self-direction, choice, and independent community living. Clients come from across the country to build lives in a community they can call their own. In conjunction with clients and their families, JESPY works to break down communication and physical barriers they may have experienced to ensure that all clients have access to opportunities for full inclusion and advancement in their undertakings.
