The Garden's mission is to promote learning, spiritual growth, imagination and self-confidence in young children of all races, including children with language delays or other learning delays - in order to prepare them for entry into public school, or placement on a whole-or part-scholarship basis in independent schools. The Garden provides at-risk children with a safe haven in which to learn and grow while helping them cope with the stresses caused by the poverty, oppression, violence and drug use that exists in the Harlem community. It also assists parents and caregivers in improving family conditions that might adversely affect children's academic performance and social skills-building.

Founded in 1988 by Paul Newman, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a community dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to children and their families coping with cancer, sickle cell anemia, and other serious illnesses. Through summer sessions and family weekends at the Camp in Ashford, Connecticut and year-round outreach to hospitals and clinics across the Northeast, the Camp serves more than 20,000 children and family members annually. All services are provided free of charge.

The mission of the Center is to provide support to families in preventing and dealing with child abuse in West Tennessee and to help both parents and children meet the practical needs of preserving and improving the quality of family life.

For more than 40 years, Early Childhood Enrichment Center (ECEC) Shaker has been a safe, loving, inclusive early care and education center for children ages 18 months to five years.

The Andrew P. Stewart Center promotes strong communities through educational initiatives, wellness resources, and housing solutions. The Stewart Center directs all of its resources in partnership with residents of the Pittsburgh neighborhood of southwest Atlanta in order to bring about Community Transformation.
