RMF’s founding in 2005 was based on a disaster relief initiative providing immediate relief to the victims of the December 2004 Tsunami in Southeast Asia, and over the years has continued providing relief to the victims of disasters in Pakistan, Kenya, Mozambique, Myanmar/Burma, Peru, Haiti, Japan, Phillippines, Nepal, South Sudan and the United States.  Always striving to be fast, lean, and effective, RMF works hand in hand with local populations to ensure aid goes where it is needed most. Many of our disaster relief projects have turned into successful longer term development projects as we always aim to stay until we leave a sustainable impact, build capacity and are not needed anymore.

Our mission is to help individuals by providing emergency shelter service to address the emergent need of LGBT individuals experiencing crisis leading to homelessness. Through integrated solutions we offer educational & financial responsibility resources as well as wrap around services in substance abuse and mental health counseling and drug testing. We are dedicated to bringing opportunities to troubled individuals in Greater Newark and surrounding communities.

Fostering Hope recruits and trains volunteers to become an extended family of “aunts, uncles, and grandparents” to support the needs of foster families and of youth aging out of foster care.

To prevent the pain and trauma of burn injuries to children, and to heal, and to give children who suffered severe burns the opportunity to reach their full potential, physically, psychologically, and sociallly.

Founded in 2010, MSF works in China, Uganda, and India. We provide lifesaving heart surgeries to; abandoned, orphaned, and children with families, who are born with severe heart disease. We focus on giving hope to those born with heart disease that is so severe that little hope is given.

Enriching the lives of young adults ages 18-24 and their families fighting cancer. Young adults, ages 18-24, have very specific concerns when they are diagnosed with cancer. This is a time in their lives when they want to meet others and form close relationships. It's a time when they want to focus on school, careers, and starting families. Instead their time is spent in treatment at children's hospitals, where they most certainly feel it's a step backwards. Cancer robs them of the cherished independence their peers enjoy. Some wishes celebrate the completion of treatment. Some are for taking a needed break from treatment to rejuvenate for the continued fight. And, some are a last wish to spend the remaining precious time with loved ones. Typically, a Nik's Wish grant will cost $6000. Our amazing Wish Coordinators work directly with the young adults and their families to create awesome experiences filled with joy, love, and FUN! We are the chemotherapy angels, providing motivational and financial assistance to women suffering from Triple Negative Breast Cancer. As we strive to lessen their burden, we also aim to find a targeted treatment for Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
