The Grateful Garment Project

The Grateful Garment Project’s mission is to ensure that every victim of a sexual crime who crosses the threshold of a Sexual Assault Response Team facility or who seeks medical attention and/or law enforcement involvement is provided with whatever new clothing, toiletries, snacks, and other miscellaneous items that he or she may require, to reduce further negative impact against their being. We have further expanded our mission and vision to encompass all victims of sexual violence. This includes, but is not limited to Commercially Sexually Exploited Children and victims of Human Sexual Trafficking.

The African SOUP, Inc.

The African SOUP's Vision is to transform the lives of Ugandan youth through education system reform. The African SOUP leads a national education reform effort through Active Learning and provides educational opportunities to vulnerable children in rural eastern Uganda. Home of the Innocents

Home of the Innocents has been our region's open arms to kids in crisis since 1880. The Home provides therapeutic, loving care to children who are victims of abuse, abandonment and neglect; children who are medically fragile; children with autism and other behavioral health diagnoses; and families with a host of exceptional needs. Our mission is to be a community of dedicated people who provide the skills and opportunities by which vulnerable children, youth and their families may improve their lives.

The Women Of My Hope

Mi Espernaza offers free educational opportunity to women living in extreme poverty in Honduras.  We also provide financial banking opportunities through micro-credit loans to women who are un-bankable in the traditional banking world with the goal to break the cycle of poverty for women and their children.

Baby Basics of The Peninsula

Baby Basics is an all-volunteer organization that provides and distributes free diapers to working poor families living in East Palo Alto and Menlo Park, CA. Baby Basics meets an important need for working poor families in our community. Our client families maintain regular employment and do not receive welfare. However, despite their incomes, these families remain in relative poverty due to low pay levels and extremely high local living expenses. Our current clients' average annual household income is $25,300. Our program saves enrolled families approximately $600 per year in diaper expenses. Additionally, no other local program provides diapers, an expensive health necessity, on a consistent basis.

Children Of The Fathers House

CFH establishes and provides a safe and secure home to benefit double orphans in Kampala by providing proper social services, free their lives from any abuses; and afford them a loving and healthy upbringing in terms of physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual dimensions, so as to attain full development. CFH renders guidance, parental counsel, role modeling, and life-skill training to teach children healthy habits and social behavior. We raise up children who are self-sufficient, socially adjusted, confident and proactive to be Godly contributors and leaders to the world around them. CFH provides nutritional food, basic health care, hygiene advice and all the essentials they need to stay healthy under the care of the organization. CFH Provides education up to university level by supporting them with the basic educational needs in the field of academic and vocational trainings to allow each child to reach their academic potential and open up opportunities for their futures.
