Since 1989, the East Bay Coalition for the Homeless has been helping families get back on their feet, by stabilizing households and preventing homelessness.

Since its founding by Murray and Margaret Dryden in 1970, SCAW has raised over $40 million to provide bedkits for children in 34 countries. In 2009 we reached our millionth child.

Founded in 1903, the YMCA of the Central Bay Area (formerly the Berkeley-Albany YMCA) is one of the oldest community service organizations in the East Bay and a leader in providing innovative programs that build health in spirit, mind and body. The mission of the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand is to advance the care of hand and upper extremity disorders by supporting research, education, and outreach through the efficient collection of donations and administration of grants.

The colon cancer support network of the carolinas is dedicated to providing support to colon cancer patients as they navigate the emotional, physical, and financial challenges of their diagnosis. Formerly known as the yvette w. Ferris foundation.

The JCC East Bay promotes intellectual, experiential and spiritual exploration of Jewish culture and tradition; builds joyful, progressive and inclusive community; and inspires the active pursuit of tikkun olam (repair of the world).
