James L Quint Foundation

The James L. Quint Foundation was formed to help cancer patients that are fighting for their lives and that do not have insurance or money to pay for their treatment or expenses incurred by cancer treatment. We need your support to help these people keep fighting. You can help with cash donations or by participating in the annual golf tournament. We are honoring Jim by helping others with their fight against cancer.

Power To Soar Foundation

Power to Soar Foundation is dedicated to motivate the motivated youth by providing educational grants to help foster youth complete high school and college successfully. PSF will also assist students with boarding and lodging needs so that they focus on their educational goals and help them toward a productive life. In addition, we will support institutions that educate and shelter orphan and foster youth by providing funds and/or resources.

Moms Helping Moms Foundation

Moms Helping Moms Foundation provides underserved families in New Jersey with equitable access to the essentials they need to provide their children a with safe and healthy start. Moms Helping Moms Foundation started out as a simple idea by a group of new mothers who shared the common ideal that no baby should ever have to go without life’s basic necessities. Our plan started simply – we would collect donations of essential baby items from families who no longer needed them and pass them on to families who did. Over the years this simple idea has turned into a large network of passionate, caring, like-minded people who work together to help thousands of babies and young children each year. Through partnerships with community organizations, social workers, homeless shelters, schools, and others we have collected and distributed millions of diapers, clothing, formula, nursing supplies, strollers, car seats and countless other baby essentials to hundreds of thousands of families.

Commissioner Bruce Holmes Foundation

In January 2011, the Commissioner Bruce Holmes Youth Foundation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization was established. Since its inception, CBHYF initiatives in Henry County have focused on Youth Development through athletics, education, healthy living, and leadership. Within a very short span of time the organization has successfully created measurable change through program development and partnering with existing institutions in the community to deliver activities which create meaningful, sustainable, and positive outcomes.

Surfing for Life Foundation

The Surfing for Life Foundation is dedicated to bringing the surfing community together to raise awareness, inspire, and empower those touched by cancer. We are a 100% grassroots, surfer supported organization. Through our wristband program, we educate, inspire and raise awareness about cancer in the surfing community. The fundraising charity was founded in 2012 by a local surfer from Santa Barbara concerned about the widespread effects that cancer has among us all. He is committed to bringing attention to the importance of being proactive in the fight against cancer.

The Steelman Family Foundation

We assist families with children 3-18 who are wheelchair bound, purchase wheelchair accessible vehicles. Through the foundation and its board of directors, SFF focuses its activities in the Portland and SW Washington area. Through special events like the annual “Boo Who?” a family focused Halloween event held every October, SFF raises funding to support families touched by various disabilities focusing mostly on Cerebral Palsy and Autism. Transportation, scholarships, respite care, caregiver support activities are just a few of the ways SFF gives back.

Autism Tree Project Foundation

Founded in 2003 Autism Tree Project Foundation (ATPF) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving communities in San Diego County and The Bay Area by assisting with Education, Advocacy, Early Intervention Preschool Screening, Research and Mentoring for families impacted by autism. ATPF provides free Early Intervention Preschool Screenings to over 2,000 youth annually with 12,760 preschoolers screened to date since 2006. ATPF’s Youth Education and Developmental Services coordinates and provides 20 FREE intensive programs, designed to engage youth with autism in a variety of services which aim at improving their confidence, behaviors and their social communications.

My Stuff Bags Foundation

The My Stuff Bags Foundation provides duffels of new belongings to children nationwide rescued from abuse, neglect, abandonment, child trafficking, and homelessness. Each year nearly 300,000 children enter foster care in America, tens of thousands more escape domestic violence and enter shelters with their mothers.Devastated by the experiences leading to their necessary removal from unacceptable environments, vulnerable rescued children often enter foster care and crisis shelters with nothing of their own. By rallying widespread individual, community, corporate and grantor involvement through our unique “My Stuff Bags Program”, we address the immediate physical and emotional needs of these disadvantaged children by providing childhood essentials and a message of hope

Amazing Care Charitable Foundation

The Foundation is passionate about helping seniors and their families find and use resources to enable aging with grace, independence and control. We promote informed decision-making to seniors and their families on a range of topics from care-giving to end-of-life care through webinars and in-person seminars/luncheons/meetings. We provide access to curated networks of retired physicians (called Physician-friends-of-the-family) as well as clinical pharmacists and counselors who provide compassionate counseling to patients and their families. We also provide financial assistance on to pay for short-term care-giving support.We believe that aging well is a group event, and in the company of family and friends, we can all age with grace and purpose!

Alport Syndrome Foundation Inc

Alport Syndrome Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by a group of families affected by this rare, genetic kidney disease and advised by a Medical Advisory Committee of renowned Nephrologists. ASF is the leading independent non-profit organization in the United States serving and giving a voice to the Alport Syndrome community. Our MISSION is to improve the lives of those affected by Alport syndrome through education, empowerment, advocacy, and research. Our VISION is to conquer Alport syndrome. Alport syndrome causes decline in kidney function, and can cause hearing loss, and vision problems. The majority of patients experience renal failure requiring dialysis and ultimately transplant if available, often during teen or young adult years.
