Georgia Center for Child Advocacy

The Georgia Center for Child Advocacy was established as a private, non-profit agency in 1987. The Center's purpose is to champion the needs of sexually and severely physically abused children through prevention, intervention, therapy and collaboration.  The mission is accomplished by conducting forensic interviews and evaluations, psychological treatment and crisis counseling, educating other professionals about child sexual abuse, and facilitating coordinated service between the public agencies involved in the investigation, prosecution, and treatment for each child we serve.

Center For Hope And Safety

Center for Hope & Safety (formerly Shelter Our Sisters) is dedicated to assisting Bergen County, NJ victims and survivors of domestic violence, and their children, by turning fear into safety, helplessness into strength, and isolation into hope. The agency provides emergency and transitional housing, emotional support, and a diversified continuum of services focused on safety, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Through community partnerships, Center for Hope and Safety raises awareness, provides services, and educates community members about domestic violence.

We reform the harmful policies and practices that contribute to the unfair, inequitable treatment of girls.Founded in 2013, the Policy Center to date has served more than 4,000 girls, trained more than 3,000 girl-serving professionals, released 27 independent reports, and advocated for the successful passage of 5 Florida laws that improve the safety, fair treatment, and well-being of girls and women. The Southampton Day Care Center – “Fountain of Youth” -was founded in 1985. We are one of the only non-profit day care centers in the Town of Southampton. Throughout the years we continue to make every effort to provide the finest early childhood experience for children in the Southampton community, as well as surrounding neighborhoods. We have successfully created an environment that is safe, nurturing and respectful to the needs of each child. We pride ourselves in focusing on the whole child, and maintaining emotional, social and cognitive development on a daily basis. This is our continuing mission. As such, it is our expressed purpose to provide quality programs for our young students; including language development, math, art, science, music, fine & large motor skills, and writing techniques. Play is seen as one of the most profound means available to children for refining and integrating their knowledge and development of language and social skills, along with primary development of self-esteem and individuality. We look forward to meeting you and working with your children. The Southampton Day Care Center admits children 2-5 years of age. The Center does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sexual orientation or national origin in the administration of our educational policies, or any other Center operated activity. The National Association for Education of Young Children influences our philosophy. The New York State Office of Child and Family Services license us. We have a current and continual contract with Department of Social Services. Our commitment to the community is evident through the generous grants and donations received from organizations such as: Southampton Town, Southampton Village, as well as private donations. Parent fees only cover approximately 60% of our operating costs.

Crisis Center For South Suburbia

The Crisis Center is a non-profit community organization that provides emergency shelter and other essential services to victims of domestic violence, and addresses the societal issues that contribute to domestic violence. The Crisis Center serves the Greater Chicago Southland, the main focus areas being the ten townships in its original service area: Bloom, Bremen, Calumet, Lemont, Orland, Palos, Rich, Stickney, Thornton, and Worth. This encompasses the Circuit Court of Cook County Fifth and Sixth Municipal Districts in Bridgeview and Markham. However, clients come from all over the state of Illinois, from other states, and occasionally from other countries.

East Los Angeles Women's Center

The mission of the East Los Angeles Women's Center is to provide services to women and children, focusing on sexual, domestic, and family violence and hiv/aids. We work to empower and give hope to individuals, families and the community at large with an emphasis on bilingual/bicultural services for the Latino community.
