To help create a world in which every child can thrive in a safe, healthy, and legal environment, Child Find of America provides professional services to prevent and resolve child abduction and the family conflicts that can lead to abduction and abuse. Our free programs and services are available nationally and internationally. Our 1-800-I-AM-LOST help line connects callers to our in house location staff who search for missing, kidnapped, and runaway and parentally-abducted children. Our Parent Help program provides professional services design to defuse family conflicts that can lead to abduction and abuse. Our case managers assist with crisis intervention, conflict management, safety planning, parenting skill-building, and training programs for allied professionals.

The Movimento de Saude Mental Comunitaria do Bom Jardim (MSMCBJ) was initiated in 1996 as part of the outreach of the Comboni Missionaries in the Northeast of Brazil. MSMCBJ seeks to improve the lives of the people of the economically impoverished peripheral regions of Fortaleza, primarily the area of Grande Bom Jardim. To imagine a mental health project in a peripheral neighborhood like Bom Jardim, where the majority of people live in at-risk circumstances - in which extreme poverty, violence, a lack of housing and basic sanitation, street children, and unemployment predominate - is to believe that, even within pain and suffering, we can harvest flowers. That is, personal and social realities can be transformed. The challenge that MSMCBJ has been overcoming throughout its years of community action has been to demonstrate that, through the Community Systemic Approach, working with people's self-esteem results in greater self-awareness, which empowers people to create paths of liberation, thanks to the sense of participation and co-responsibility that MSMCBJ activities favor. The Movimento de Saude Mental Comunitaria do Bom Jardim welcomes the human being, respecting their bio-psycho-socio-spiritual dimensions, promoting the development of their potential, through the restoration of human rights and cultural values, with the goal of improving the quality their personal, interpersonal, and community relationships, for the promotion of the gift of life. Feed America First was founded in June 2000, and our mission is to provide food to those who feed the hungry. We receive large scale food donations from manufacturers, producers, retailers, community food drives, etc. We then sort and portion the food with the help of hundreds of volunteers each month. Finally, we distribute the food to more than 200 partner agencies across the middle Tennessee region. With the help of these partner agencies, Feed America First serves over 35,000 families each month. At Feed America First we believe hunger will cease to be a problem in America when we refuse to allow our neighbors to go hungry. For every $1 donated, we are able to provide enough food for 10-15 meals!

The Welcome to America Project is a nonprofit organization that creates community connections and builds bridges of neighborly understanding by providing furniture, basic necessities, education, and additional resources to newly arriving refugees. We offer a simple welcoming gesture, but it is one that lasts a lifetime.

CWLA will lead the nation in building public will to ensure safety, permanence, and well-being of children, youth, and their families by advancing public policy, defining and promoting practice excellence and delivering superior membership services. CWLA challenges Americans to make children a national priority. Our mission is to engage people everywhere in promoting the well-being of children, youth, and their families, and protecting every child from harm. We envision a future in which families, neighborhoods, communities, organizations, and governments ensure that five universal needs of children are met. They include (1) basics such as food, shelter, education, and health care, (2) nurturing relationships, (3) opportunities for optimal development, (4) protection from harm, (5) and healing from harm if it occurs.
